{Reika sighed, letting her head fall. "Chidori, how are you going to get that? I remember what you said, of course," She didn't hesitate to step closer since she was owned. It was mandatory, she had to...unless she wanted to just sit out here all alone. That wasn't likely to happen. "It's going to be hard for you." Reika caught herself and what she was saying... Why she kept going soft was beyond her mind, though she thought it had a lot to do with the lack of the one thing that made her want to have a harsh edge. This was just insane.

Calyx put the puppy in her hip as she looked at all the kittens. She couldn't pick which one she wanted, they all were cute and meowed loudly. She bit her lip, trying to decide, when the puppy started to bark at the cats. She frowned, coonfused.

Kaire stood behind her, he placed the beds and food lightly on the ground next to him, "Here, I'll take the puppy while you pick a kitten," he said with a smile.

Calyx hesitated, not wanting to give up the puppy. She reluctantly handed over the excited husky pup, then turned to the kittens. She walked along the kennels, hoping to find one that caught her eye.

Kaire held the puppy lightly in his arms, but tight enough that it couldn't escape from his grasp. He watched Calyx as she walked around, looking at the kittens.

The puppy barked and whined in his grip, trying to squirm free. After a few moments, it settled down and began to chew on his hand lightly with it's puppy-teeth. Calyx went up and down each kennel twice before picking a brown tabby and white Tom, with multi-colored eyes. "Look at it's eyes!" She said, holding the cat under it's front arms, shoving it toward him. The cat was pretty laid back, not bothering to move, though let out a mew toward him.

Kaire stiffened a bit as the puppy nipped on his hand with his teeth, he sighed lightly. He looked at Calyx as she spoke. He smiled looking at the cat, "Yep," he smiled.

"I want these two!" Calyx said excitedly, jumping up and down. The cat didn't seem to mind at all, it just sat there as it was shook around. It blinked slowly, then let finally let out a mew of protest.

Kaire nods lightly, "Alright," he smiled. He picked up the items with his other hand. He led her towards the cash register.

Kunai let out a laugh and rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly. She had to admit, it would be nice to talk to another human again..Not that talking to Jaspar didn't satisfy her or anything..She sorda just was curious about how her own species was holding up.. 'Obviously not to good, dumba*s..' She thought in irritation. She could be so clueless sometimes.

Chidori frowned at her and raised an eyebrow, crossing his arms. "Well it's not like I have much of a choice.." He pointed out. "You're gunna die if you don't eat or drink anything.." He frowned and gave a small shrug. "Normally I wouldn't care but you're all I've got.."
