He'd not truly had his own in some time,
so the concept seemed rather ridiculous now.
"I tortured you," he reminded
"Physically and psychologically.
Anyone else in your place would've lept at the chance.
You had it and you gave it up to help me.
I want to understand why."

"What would I do?" Zane said, offering a small laugh. "I'd just be caught again, mabye killed. I've had others that would be mean, too, but I put up with it. Like I said, I couldn't of just left you there..."

Caius rolled his eyes and pushed her off the couch. "Just remember you chose to have to have him sleep on top of you with a knife at your throt. When you could have been changed to the bed by one chain and had been able to sleep all alone on the other side of the bed."

"Why not," Xias asked, still keeping his eyes on the forest.
"There was no guarentee that you would be caught.
And if you were, you'd only be sold again.
It might've been a vicious cycle,
but it's unlikely you would've been executed.
They don't execute attractive humans."
Even after the words left his lips,
he did not deem them suspicious or inappropriate.

She hit the ground with a thud and pushed herself up with her elbows, eyes smoldering. "Wait wait wait. Ontop. You mean the bed above it,right?"

Caius laughed darkly. "No I mean sleeping on top of you. The bed isn't big enough for two so he'll be right on top of you straddling you."

"Even if I wasn't caught, what would I do? Live in the wild, and just wait for some vampire to come over and catch me? Starve, because I can't hunt? Vampires are everywhere." She replied. "There are worst things that being a slave. Sure, I'd be sold off, it's just to who I'm worried about. I can go to another master, or I could be sold off to a Blood Bank. That would mean years of suffering," She added. She couldn't help but blush softly at him calling her 'attractive', though she hid it. With a nervous and awkward laugh, she rubbed the back of her neck, smiling sheepishly. "I'm anything but attractive. xD"
