Ariana cracked her knuckles. She refused to train in front of people. She sat there on the wall watching her opponents. She looked at how they threw and what they used. She had secret skills that she wasn't going to let people know. She had three mouths to feed at home. She couldn't afford to be careless. She thought of her younger siblings and smiled.

I walk over to Ariana when im done my practicing, "Hello, I'm Katherine."

Ariana nodded but didn't say anything to her Kathrine. Kathrine could be the last person she sees before she dies but then again it might be nice to have an ally. Ariana wasn't the type to make an ally and then kill her. She nodded again and said. "Ari". That was her name. One word.

I took a knife out of my pocket and ran a finger over the blade. I paced back and fourth in front of Ari. I wasnt the type of girl who usually talked to other girls usually i tried to avoid them but it would be ok to have a female ally. Maybe she had some skills but none as good as myself. "So what do you think so far?"

Ariana wanted to say that they were all hopeless but just nodded. "a new experience. But they are doing it all wrong. They should be working on tht skills they don't have. Why do you think I'm not throwing knives and things. I can. It's just I'm learning so I can survive" she said looking down. She looked at her bracelet. Jacob and Leah had made it for her. She woudlnt let the tears come.

"I'll keep that in mind for myself, shouldnt you be practicing?" I stop pacing and look down at Ari. I throw the knife behind me and its hits the dummy straight where the heart should be. I smile down at Ari.

Ariana wasn't impressed. As a young child, her older siblings who were now dead and trained her. She got up and said "I'm going to learn how to build a fire. Would you like to come with" she said. She needed to learn things like what are good things to eat and how to start a fire. She knew how to kill.

I narrowed my eyes at the girl but turned it into a nice fake smile, "Sure why not." I walk over to the fire building station. I grab 2 rocks and 2 sticks. First i start a fire with the sticks then i attempt to start a fire with the rocks.
