"what are you doing here this late at night?" hermione asked

"I was?" asked Ron.

'' I coulden't sleep'' she said

(What is this! I don't even know! I have not even been on and I've been getting trades like crazy for the past 13 hours or so. How is that possible!? WHAT BLACK MAGIC IS THIS!?)

Alexander awoke groggily, he inched the covers back a little, glaring at the window that spilled in copious ammounts of sunlight. He wondered how long he had been asleep, for usually he was up before the sun. Not today, it seemed. He sat up slowly, his muscles ached everywhere from yesturday's excitement. Absentmindedly, he stood up, wincing and nearly going down like a broke tree when he realized they hurt like hell.

"Damnit all to hell." he cursed under his breath, trying not to wake the others if they were still asleep. He searched for his clothes, he was missing his shirt in general, but he still had his long sleeve shirt and tie and robe, even as ruined as they were, it would have to do. He sluggishly pulled them on, ignoring the fact he looked silly with a tie without a regular shirt under it. A yawn escaped his lips and he searched for his glasses, he had set them down somewhere in here last night before he was dragged off.

[GOOOOOOD MOOOORNING.]

Emily opened her eyes an infinitesimal amount; it was still dark out and her roomates were still asleep. The clock by her bed read 5:30am. Perfect time for drawing! She pulled out her sketchbook and a few different pencils. She sketched a sparrow onto a blank piece of paper. This gave her an idea. She snuck carefully out into the common room. She opened the main dor a bit, and transformed herself into a sparrow again. She flew out the door, which closed magically behind her. She flew over to the entrance of the Ravenclaw dorms, and settled onto a nearby windowsill.

Krynn smiled and shrugged, her pulled off her tie and black robe and she set them on the dock and jumped in, she resurfaced in front of him and smiled

Alexander successfully found his glasses and pushed them on, sheepishly tiptoeing back to the side of his bed and gathering the book and scroll. He didn't see anyone else up, so he was as quiet as he could muster. He paused however, as he saw a small shadow in the windowsill. He reasjusted his slim glasses and realized it was a sparrow. The same one?

Alexander briefly ran his fingers through his hair, brushing it out before opening the latch on the window, pushing it open and hearing the creak. He glanced at the other beds and pushed the window open a little more, enough for the sparrow to come in. "One wonders if you've come to fancy me." he whispered with a smile. He had never heard of a wild sparrow following anyone around, but here it was. He wondered if Madam Pomfrey would mind if the little sparrow tagged along to the infirmary, he doubted she would as long as the bird did not cause any trouble.

"I am going to the infirmary, maybe we can find you something to eat at the tower or the dining hall after if you'd like." he spoke, as if the bird was a normal sentient being. He didn't find any other way to talk to animals, why baby them? He would hate it if someone was poking him in the face making goo-goo talk like he was stupid. So he was not going to do it to anyone else- unless he wanted to piss someone off. Alexander found his shoes and pulled them on over his poorly wrapped feet, wincing as he tied the laces. This would suuuccckkk.

Emily started at the window opened unexpectedly - she had dozed off while waiting for Alexander. She hopped in to the room and looked up at him attentively. The infirmary? Why were they going there? She looked down at his feet, and realized he was in pain. She chirped sympathetically; softly, though, as to not wake up his roomates. Ryan snored softly and rolled over onto his side, causing Emily to freeze for a moment in fear. She relaxed when she realized he was still asleep, and flew up to Alexander's shoulder.
