(Alright, but it may suck. I'm having issues with everything on here lately)

Illinois looked around quickly as he strolled along. He had no idea where he was, but it didn't really seem to bother him. It was just nice that he was away from everyone else for once. He had gotten tired of getting bossed around. He just wanted to find someone who would casually talk to him.

[Zelda Prouvaire]

(No, that's fine! I can work with that!)

Costa Rica sat on the edge of a small cliff drop in her country, watching the waves hit the rock shore down below. It was so quiet! But so...lonely. Suddenly, Costa Rica heard footsteps behind her and turned around, seeing another boy behind her.
"Hola! How are you today, sir?" she greeted happily.

Illinois heard the voice and looked up to see Costa Rica. "Uh, hello there," He said with a lopsided smile painted on his face. "What are you doing way out here? It doesn't seem like a likely place for people to really be," He told her as he crossed his arms over his chest, but never broke his gaze from her.

Costa Rica returned his smile before facing the water again.
"It's a good place to think, you know?" she said quietly. "No one else is around...except for the occasional stranger, of course."

"Hm, I guess it does seem like a good place to think. I'm Illinois by the way. One of America's states. Maybe you've heard of my biggest city, Chicago?" Illinois said with a slight shrug of his shoulders as he walked over and stood beside her, looking toward the water quietly.

[Zelda Prouvaire]

"Yes, I've heard of it. America is such a large, well known country, it would be impossible for me not to know it." Costa Rica replied. "So...what are you doing here?"

[Ploegy]

"I just wanted to get away from everyone else. Whenever I'm around either I'm ignored completely or bossed around like crazy. Anyways, who are you?" Illinois asked as he looked toward her quickly.

[Zelda Prouvaire]

"I understand how you feel. I get ignored quite often myself," Costa Rica related to him. "I'm Costa Rica- myabe you heard of me?"

[Ploegy]

"Yes I have heard of you," Illinois replied with a nod of his head as he looked back at the water. "Is your country a nice place to be?" He asked curiously.

Pennsylvania frowned. " Oh... " He trailed off. Vaan had left soon after everything was in order, and the young American had never had a chance to ask either his uncle or brother about the ordeal.
