Kahen grinned at the teacher, "Hey, Missy, can I ask you another question?" she asked the guy innocently.

Jake nodded, "Alright then."
He ran through the form, nodding before taking it to a filing cabnet and putting it in the correct spot, "What was your selected job again, I'll tell you who to report to."
He returned to the form for Kahen.

May stood in front of the cafe, realizing that she hadn't...triangulated correctly. These were normal people not discussing a safehouse at all. For once, her sensitive hearing had failed her. People were staring at her as she did her best to try and make her bat wings look like mere misshapen arms. She knew she'd failed when someone screamed about a mutant. Knowing full well her cover was blown, May unfurled her wings and clumsily flapped up to a roof as a lunatic pulled out a handgun he apparently carried for protection. As she sprinted across the roof to safety, the bat-girl could hear a gunshot coming from where she had just been, and sounds of panic. She had to get away NOW. She ran across the tops of a few more buildings, then hunkered down next to a lightningrod when she heard men talking below. She waited until they left, then she kept running and flying, not caring about stealth anymore. She had to put distance between her and the people she had freaked out.

Cleo glanced out the infirmary window, suprised by the scene playing out before her. She grabbed someone's random hat and sprinted for the nearest door, she recognized an Animo when she saw one.

May tripped on a stray thing poking up from the roof she was on, and she fell on the ground, wings sprawled on the ground. She could hear voices approaching. She'd been followed by curious people...or freak hunters. Probably the latter. She panicked as she pushed herself up with her long fingers and continued running. Yup...her sensitive ears could hear footsteps now...

"What?" Seth asked abit angrily.

Echo continued writing- almost done.

Cleo sidestepped, getting a full veiw of yhe bat girl, "Follow me, I can get you to the safehouse."
She hoped the girl heard her, she'd hardly whispered it, but bats had very sensitive hearing. She hissed it afain, "Follow me, I can get you to the safehouse."

Jake put the finishing word on the packet.

"Done." Echo said. She held back a groan. Desk work was boring.

Jake stood, taking her file, "I can't belive I do this all day."
He took the two files over to the cabinet and put them in their proper places, "I belive that is all I have for the moment."
He gave a small sigh of relif and muttered under his vreath, "Nut there'll be twenty more within the hour."

"Tora! It's my turn now." said Herutsu softly in their head.
Tora sighed, "You don't want to take over, trust me, I think you'd prefer for me to have an extended time and you have more time later, you won't like the situation, I know you won't." said Tora to Herutsu, hoping the girl would understand, they were still on the roof of the Safe House and Herutsu feared many,many things, including heights.
"What did you do?!" asked Herutsu anxiously, worried about what Tora had done, "Let me see! Show me what you've done!" she told Tora getting upset about what would've possibly happened.
"Nothing! I'm not on a roof with no way down, I'm not!" retorted Tora, then she added on, "Ooops..." she said the secound part mostly to herself.
"Huh? For real? Let me see!" said Herutsu, the stubborn girl not going to be compliant now that her curiousity was piqued.
Tora sighed then just let Herutsu have her turn, even though she knew Herutsu's reaction to her surroundings wouldn't be exactly the best, but Herutsu had a very stubborn head so if she'd made up her mind to do something, there wasn't much point in stopping her. So Tora decided that it was easier to let Herutsu see for herself as to why she hadn't wanted Herutsu to have her turn just yet rather than try and explain the situation to the girl, sometimes she didn't like being a Ying Yang.
Herutsu pleased with herself in that she'd gotten her turn after all opened her eyes smiling, she then saw how high up she was, Tora had been right, she DID NOT like this, she then screamed, high pitched and loud, she was too terrified to move so she just screamed, not really thinking straight at the moment.

(lol, so even though they're all around the safe house and this Ying Yang is on the safe house's roof, none of them heard her scream? They must have terrible hearing! )
