Lucifer chuckled and petted Saraphina's head lovingly, feeling his heart swell up at the sound of her purrs. "So I've been told..." Thinking it over a bit, he questioned, "So does this mean everyone is eventually going to become mad? We are all cooped up in this city with no way out due to the storm." He spread out his hands wide, careful to avoid jostling Sarafina. "No where to go, no where to hide; soon everyone shall see the lie. Safety is what this city promises, but sanity is something that it tosses!" He paused for a moment in his walking. "That was absolutely terrible. I need more practice."

Paige laid in the bed and sighed, trying to get to sleep. She turned onto her side then slowly wrapped her arms around Minni. The warmth of her dog gave her such comfort that she instantly fell asleep, her ears twitching slightly.

Benji chuckled then shrugged. "I guess its for the best, but when everybody does, you can bet I'll be outta here lickity split. And then find another Vex. And keep going until the Storms stop.." He said thoughtfully then put Shadow back on his shoulder.

Jake groaned and slowly opened his eyes. Where was he? Pain. Lots of pain everywhere. Jake's thoughts were choppy and disorientated. He could feel no blood under him, only the streak on his neck and the wounds on his chest. Will someone find me?

Lucifer hummed thoughtfully, going back to petting his beautiful Sarafina. "I think I may follow. It's no fun unless you're the only mad one. If everyone else was just as mad as I, I just might turn sane. And no one would want that, would they Sarafina~?" He cooed to his cat.

Poppy shifted slightly in her sleep, groaning before finally coming to wake. "I didn't sleep well at all..." She moaned. Looking outside, she noticed it was fairly early in the morning, as the sun had not yet risen fully. She stretched her arms high and climbed out of bed. She should probably make plans for today's heist.

Benji just chuckled. "I suppose so. It's always fun to be a little mad..". A wicked grin fell cross his face . Shadow flew up from his shoulder and flew ahead. "Looks like someone is almost as impatient as you, Lucifer." Benji teased as they walked.

Jake blacked out again and again throughout the night.

Lucifer grinned. "She's probably eager to get home before the sun rises. It's getting close. Did it really take that long to find someone to eat off of?" Sarafina meowed. "Yes, Sarafina, I know you've been hungry all this time as well. We're almost home, my dear. Then maybe you can catch that pesky rat that's taken up home in our floor boards and eat him." He scratched underneath her chin lovingly.

"I had had things to do. Besides, we needed a guard to really get a reputation. I mean, if know one knows who we are, whats the point?" Benji said grinning. They neared to a small building with a broken door.

Paige slowly opened her eyes and groaned softly. She had barely gotten any sleep plus last night she could hear fighting somewhere nearby. That made sleeping even harder. At least she thought she heard fighting. She got up then began to get dressed.

Lucifer grinned as well. He opened the broken door of the building and bowed, holding out his hand. "After you, M'Lady." Sarafina crawled down his arm and entered the building. Lucifer turned to Benji. "And you, Sir Benji~" He crooned.

Poppy had finally set up all her plans for today's thieving experiment. "Let's see if I still got it!" She grinned to herself.

Jake finally opened his eyes and winced as he sat up. He took a look around and sighed. He in an alley next to some motel building. He was partly glad, because people of the South don't like Guards and would kill them in an instant if they saw how helpless he was.

Benji chuckled as he came inside. "Madman."
