Kage looked at Shadow for a moment before looking back to his sister's pleading face. He sighed, hugging her close to him, resting his chin on her head. He looked at Shadow, almost asking for help. He wanted to comfort his sister, but right now he didn't think he could do it alone.

shadow understood but she had no clue what to do.

Christean walks over to his sister " Hay girl want to have a slumber party." Christean asks his sister with a very friendly smile. (OMG I cant believe typed that)

shadow looked at christean momentarily then looked around for kage."where did kage go?" she asked.

"he is right the.........." Christean begins but is confused when she is not there.

[Malcasia]

Kage had run outside, feeling another heavy wave of sickness wash over him. He knelt by a path, his hands on the ground by his knees and the rain soaking him, his hair sticking to his sweat slicked face as he panted, his face pale and his eyes half closed.

Halo was about to reply before she began frantically looking around for her brother, tears welling in her eyes. "He left..." She said, thinking he had grown angry with her again and left her. But...he wouldn't leave Shadow. She wiped away the tears and tried to calm down.

"don't worry," shadow said, seeing halo nearly cry. "he's still sick from when you cut him with your poisoned dagger.

[Malcasia]

Kage came back in, stopping by the door, brushing his wet hair back off his face. No sooner did Halo lay eyes on him did she run over and hug him, wet or not.

"yeah reminding her of that really will help." she says with sarcasm.

Kage nearly fell over when his sister plowed into him. "Don't...do that," he said, laughing a little. "Not really a good idea," he said. "Besides, I'm soaked, your going to get all wet Halo," He said, moving his sister away and backing up. He shifted to his hound form and shook himself a bit then steam began to rise from his fur as his eyes started to glow dark red, and smoke rose from his nose and mouth. When dry, he shifted back to his human form and sighed.

shadow yawned. "isn't anyone tired?" she asked.
