Kitayla held one of Mazim's hand in her smaller one as they walked together. She was staring at the ground.

Alik rolled just out of reach, but the fist of the demon hit her shoulder, dislocating it."Gah! I'm fine! Thanks for the save!" She let the flaming hot web of light wrap around the demon, avoiding the wound she had inflicted moments before so as not to cauterize it.

(OOC) The demon was stuck in the web, it began to burn it's skin, the demon began to bloat, was it going to explode from this light?

"Th....anks..." On'nanoko said, staring wide-eyed at the light.

Mazim looked at her small hands, her little small hands "You...have so much strength...Kit..."

Kitayla looked up at him and tilted her head to one side. "What do you mean?" she asked him.

"Behind the small frame....the small hands...There is a strong soul in you..." Mazim said, his voice seeming distant.

"Oh...um...thanks?" Kitayla said, not really knowing what to say. She didn't think she had a "strong soul". She always seemed to be getting depressed.

"What I mean...is that you are able to perservere...no matter what...no matter how much depression you have...or sadness you see...You still have strength...I think It is normal...for a soul to be a little sad..." Mazim didn't quite seem himself.

Kitayla shook her head, not believing him. "No, my soul is probably the weakest of the group," she said sofly, now staring at the ground. "I can't even keep myself from hurting myself," she said, referring to her hands.

"Come now...Your soul isn't that weak...We all have accidentally hurt ourselves before...I once smacked myself with an entire tree four times..." He replied in a comforting, yet humorous tone.
