(Sorry for my sudden disappearance. Something came up and my niece had to suddenly stay the night.)

Poland sighed as he shut the door to his house behind him, wanting nothing more than to have a warm bath and go to sleep, something ha hadn't gotten much of lately with the imposing threat of a Russian invasion. He had just returned home from yet another meeting with his boss, who was getting more and more worried about upholding their neutrality. Poland was pretty sure that if Russia decided to invade, something as petty as a declaration of neutrality wouldn't stop him. He sighed as he headed up to his room to change out of his business suit and into something more casual. He hated wearing suits and whatnot, and only did so if he absolutely had to. Heck, he would rather wear a skirt than those uncomfortable garments. He changed into a pink button up shirt and some grey slacks, an outfit he much preferred. Once finished, he headed downstairs, deciding on making himself a snack then figuring out where Latvia had gone off to.

New Zealand smiled in return and shrugged her shoulders, glancing in the direction Antarctica had told them to patrol. "In that case, shall we be off?" she asked her brother, looking back at him as she spoke. She was feeling almost eager to get going- for this entire war she had felt like she was of no use to anyone, and had just been a spare part or a dead weight- something like that. But now she would be able to do something useful, even if it was patrolling for Russia, and since doing her best her would keep her sister safe, so she would do whatever she was told to, for Wy's sake.

"Ah, I see." England said with a nod of his head, looking between the two thoughtfully. "Well, if you two haven't planned anything yet, maybe you can help me out with something first. I want to finish what I started with Spain, which shouldn't be difficult, but I suspect that there will be others protecting him. I have confirmed intel that at least France is with him, but there could be others as well. Would you be up to helping with that?"

(Sorry, I have no idea what to post for France- I need Orange to post for Spain ^.^" But I'm bumping the rest of my posts because I'm not sure if anyone else saw them )

(Sorry, writer's block for this got the better of me. And I just realized I have no idea what season this is in...let's make it winter! Oh, and Lenna, I forgot...are Canada and New Zealand invading Poland and Latvia? Is that what we decided? *has memory loss*)

Latvia entered the kitchen through the back door, his cheeks red from the cold wind rustling the leaves outside. He had just returned from the post office, having mailed a letter to his boss, pleading with him to remain neutral for as long as he could. Unraveling his small scarf and hanging it up on a hook beside the door, Latvia spotted Poland sitting at the table and joined him, sliding into a seat across from him with a smile that dampened a bit when he saw the look on his guardian's face. He knew Poland had just come back from a meeting, and by the looks of it, it hadn't gone well. Latvia was aware of the threat Russia had posed over them, and had refused to attend the meetings himself, wanting to keep himself as far away from Ivan as possible.
"Hi, Poland...how did the meeting go?" Latvia asked cautiously, preparing himself for bad news.

"Yes, let's go," Canada agreed simply, letting New Zealand lead the way to the borders, as she seemed like she was determined to fulfill Russia's wishes. In different circumstances, that would have worried him, had he not known about her arrangement with England. However, he tired to ignore his thoughts and only worry about border patrol, as if distracting himself from his problems would make them disappear. He stared straight ahead, not speaking for a few moments until realizing that he couldn't stand the awkward silence between them. "Addy...what do you think will happen when this is all finally over?"

((Oh my gosh, I'm so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so sorry! I try to get on as much as I can, but the thing is - I can't. My mom's always yelling and so many projects and so much homework and it's not fair and this is a run-on and I REALLY HATE SCHOOL -n- I read up on the five pages I missed.
