Arctic waited for his brother at the doorframe then headed off down the hall, towards Russia's office once again and he knocked on the door lightly...once again...((pfft. I almost forgot about Arctic and Greenland :U))

Francoise dragged Maddie behind her, violet eyes narrowed angrily as she stormed to Spain's house, knocking on the door. The news of Matthew's surrender leaked out quickly and being one of the biggest gossipers, she had arrived to Spain's house right away, of course with Maddie in tow."Brother! Espagne! Open up quickly please!"Francoise called out, knocking on the door.

"Yah, yah, yah....Very good indeed." I held up a hand in a loose fist, studying my nails for a moment, noting tha the had grown since I hadn't chewed on them in a while. I looked back at Panem, a sly look on my face. "I mean! If you weren't on my side....Why! I would have slain you right now! Slid a blade right between your ribs and watched you die" I gave her a Chesire grin, not the least bit of warmness, indeed!

[*trollface* Sorry, but just had to show some of Surda's dark side/insane.]

Panem stepped back a bit, surprised by Surda's sudden cruelty. She recovered the moment after doing so and glared back at the girl.
"You honestly believe I would have gone down so easily? I'm the only surviving nation after the destruction of the world! I could defeat you blindfolded, in a heart beat." Panem boasted before smoothing down her skirt and assuming a bored expression. "But, seeing as we're on the same side, I don't see the point in that."
(WARNING: Panem is an extremely bipolar character who is dark one moment and friendly the next! She rapidly changes moods!)

[Lenna]

France heard a familiar voice and rushed over to the door. "Hm? Francoise? What are you doing 'ere, cheri? You should be at 'ome where it is safer." France said with a frown, ushering her and Maddie inside. "Ma petite, you are 'ere too? What is wrong?" France asked, his concern growing at the sight of the two girls.

Greenland stood next to Arctic patiently, watching as Russia opened the door and greeted them with that creepy smile of his that always seemed to have some sort of hidden meaning. "Da? What would you like now?" the Russia asked and Greenland glanced over at Arctic, not actually wanting to be here very much.

Francoise's eyes widened in suprise, mouth agape."You didn't know b...Madeline dear, tell papa what happened."Francoise said urgentlly to the canadian female."..Mattie's in danger, I can feel it papa. Where is he?"

Fiji

I stare at Canada desperately, sniffling and wiping the tears from my dirt smudged cheeks. I shake my head and listen and finally I talk.
"But Matt... He didn't even have to say it... that.. If.. If I didn't come back. If I didn't succeed.. H-He'd torture Rica..." I gasp, freaking out and having a mental break down as I start to gasp for air.
"It will be MY fault... What will he do.. He-He," I gasp, my eyes growing wider and my hands gripping his tighter and tighter,"Russia... He broke my legs... He-He... What would he do to make me understand..." I gasp and I feel my shoulders slack and tears pouring down my cheeks.
"I don't want you to go to him... If I could know that killing myself would free Rica... Then I would." I gasp desperately,"I just want this war to end.." I beg and let his hands go to put mine to my head and squeeze my head as if it would make the pain go away,"IT JUST WON'T STOP!!!!"

Canada watched Fiji cry for a bit, searching for the right words. Finally, he spoke.
"I love you, Fiji, and I can't stand to see you like this. I promise on my life that we're going to fix this. I know I said that we couldn't do anything about this before, but I know now that we can. I'll go back to Russia with you, and we'll tell him that I surrendered. I can't actually do that- my people will be killed and I care about them too much to stand for that. But I'll stay long enough to rescue Costa Rica and we'll get the heck out of there! I know it'll be hard, but I'm through with being the country everyone forgets. They forget me, and I let them, but not anymore." Matthew took a deep breath, amazed at what he was saying, but kept going. "And this is not just about me. Russia needs to be taught a lesson. He's been too cruel for too long, and it's time someone stopped him. Fiji, you were right. We will defeat him, you and I. We'll stop this war, whatever it takes for us to do it."

"Hmhm. What ever ya say, darlin'! But the real question is....Have you ever actually done it?" I raised an eyebrow, hinted that I had defeated someone blind folded before. "Ya see, a while back, when my country was at a terrible war. -Gosh, I must have been twelve at the time!- I was blinded in combat, a hard head trauma injury, it was. Anyways, the point is, I still fought and yes, won the war, so I'm not that impressed at all. -I got my sight back due to some magic and some ancient remedies.]" I blantly said, although I was grinning with a rather cute expression on. Oh, did I forget to mention that also due to that war I snapped? Went in insane? Is mentally crazy? Turned psychopathic? Of course, I manage to hide and control it quite well, bug every once in a while....The thin barriers break and I get all different and rather cruel.

Romano grumbled something about, "Sweets should be for me" and such. He took the Vanilla batter, and poured it into cupcake tray, since it was closer. "Got it, what next." he said licking his fingers, not realizing that he had batter on his face.
