Thank you for coming to get us." she rambled happily as they hugged, keeping her weight shifted on her good foot purposely- it didn't hurt as much that way.

He thought that, had he been able to see it, Liet would have been pretty happy with it. But that was a dumb thought, and Poland knew he had to stop thinking with 'if's. Liet would never see it, except maybe from Heaven. He looked up at the sky for a long moment, then over his shoulder at his capital city. "Do you want to stay here, or go back?" Poland asked Latvia quietly, letting the small boy decide.
(I feel so epic right now! Listening to the official score from the Hunger Games, and I bought Soul Eater magnets! I AM ACCOMPLISHED!)
"I can't think of any reason why I wouldn't help you," Canada replied. "You are my sister, I would do anything for you. And I missed you, too. It's been years since we were children, running around playing hide-and-seek in Britain's backyard. I....wish those days were still here." He turned to Wonderland. "And I guess you're related to us somehow, right? I mean, you're Britain's sister...so does that make you our aunt?"
"Let's...let's go back. I don't think I could stay here any longer," Latvia replied truthfully. He saw another country approaching and hid timidly behind Poland, trusting the larger country to handle strangers. (Because we all know that's what Poland is best at! XD)
