Summer climbed a tree to get fruit. She remembered last time they'd collected fruit she was promised that she'd be caught if she fell. This time she was alone, which made her cling to the tree more.

Jack grabbed his conch shell and started playing. He remembered the notes to the song he'd played yesterday and quickened the tempo.

Nicole thought for a moment. "But yes- the Spanish conqistadors and bucaneers often camped out on islands like this and intruduced plants native to Spain- most commonly alfalfa. Look near the sand-dunes. They flourish there." Nicole muttered, applying more pressure to Demyx's wound.

Jay gave Nicole a sharp look. "Listen, I've been struggleing to survive on this island for about 2 years now. I think I know what to do." Her voice was a qquiet angry tone. Jay ran upstairs in her home and pulled on another shirt, then came back down. She helped Dem to the first floor of her house and layed him down on Jack's old bed. "If you don't think I'm doing anything right, then please, go get attacked by a tiger and then tell me what you can do about the wounds." Jay said ddarkly.

"Do know where we are? Have you seen thhis whole island? There's no Alphalpha!" Jay said with anger and pain mixed in her eyes. "That plant I used works just as well." Jay heard Dem yelling in behind her, as she spun around and shouted, "Not now Rubin!" She stopped and starrted at Dem, then ran into her room.

Nicole growled, shaking her head. "Fine then- kill him. Do whatever you want." She muttered, storming away. As she stormed towards the beach, she saw alfalfa waving silently in the wind near the sand dunes. She sat on the sand dune, plusking some alfalfa, and squeezing it until it turned into dust. She drew Demyx in the sand, and sprinkled it over him. "There ya' go." She muttered, sighing.

Jack turned back to the house, but continued playing the conch.

Summer wandered deeper into the forest, oblivious to what was happening back at camp.

Nicole thoguht back to the tutorial, imagining the plant that Jay had used. She pictured it in her mind, and remembered the lady holding it up. "People think this works but it just thickems the blood on the outside- not the inside, so the blood coming out will just wash it away." At least Nicole THOUGHT that was the plant.

Jack felt eyes on him, but didn't look back. He kept playing. The teacher had always told him to work on high notes, but he didn't have that option on the conch shell, so he played them without the register key.
Jack ended the song and thought of another to play. He'd learned alot in band camp so he played the next song that came to mind.
