Nicole burst through the trees, skiding to a stop, when she saw that Jay had already reached him. She furrowed her brow, looking away. Her emerald eyes watered, but she fought back the tears. She pushed past Jay, holding his elbow. "Jay. Go back to my house. I have an first-aid kit with 100 feet of gauze. I have a feeling I need all of it." She muttered, applying pressure to his wound.

Demyx stayed silent. He cringed at the stinging pain in his arm though.

[Tossing Spades]

Jay gave her a sharp look. "You think we have time?" She replied coldly and jumped off. Jay ran over and searched for a praticular plant and came running back. She broke it in half, this green ooze came out. She scooped some on her fingers and keeled down to Dem. "Sorry, it'll sting a little." She told him, and applyed it on his wound. The ooz slowed down the bleeding like a glue as Jay took off her shirt and ripped it into a strip and gently wrapped it around him.

Nicole clenched her teeth, thinking. Thinking. Thinking. She remembered back to the 'if you ever get lost' class she had to take before going to the Bahamas. The memory was hazy- but she knew something was going to help her. "If you apply the alfalfa is clots the blood and stops bleeding." Nicole snapped out of her thoughts. "Alfalfa!" She exclaimed. "JAY! Wait- find alfalfa. It's probably not native to the island- but please try." Nicole begged, her eyes pleading.

Demyx cringed even more. "ow..ow..." he mumbled to himself, only half concious to what was going on around him

"Nickky-what do you think I just put on him?" Jay replied sofly, not looking over at her. "Why don't you go back to your house for now?" Jay put her hand to his forhead. "Are you okay? Hang in there Dem." She said, helping him onto the horse and galloping back to the camp.

Nicole looked at the plant. She snapped her fingers. "Jay- just please. Listen to me- once?" She begged, sighing. "Alfalfa is the only plant that can clot blood. That's not alfalfa." She argued, shaking her head. "Alfalfa looks like wheat-" She babbled, shaking her head. "I can do this. I- I don't need help!" She snapped, bowing her head.

Demyx jumped. "ow. that stings." he said. "stop fighting you two." he said

Nicole nodded. "You need to get alfalfa... you are going to die without it." She muttered, looking around franticly.

"I'm sorry," Jay said softly. "And that wasn't even close to a fight in my terms." she said to him smirking. "Nik-there's no alphalpha here. This is a tropical island, not the open plains."
