Xavier padded through the forest in the form of a fox, trying to find his cousin, Ari. She had been missing for a few days, and it worried him. "Ari, where have you wandered this time?" Xavier muttered to himself. The shapeshifter pricked his ears in an alert fashion, catching scent of Ari, much to his happiness.
Ari leaned against a tree on the property where they were staying, her eyes closed as she enjoyed a moment of peace.
Xavier shifted back to his human form when he was closer, running towards his cousin. "Ari!" He exclaimed with a grin, swooping her up gleefully.
"What?!" She shrieked in surprise, elbowing him.
"It's just me-" He started with a grin, getting cut off by Ari hugging him tightly, already realizing who it was.

I walk outside as I finish with the costumes.I look around bored then I see Ari and another boy and walk over "hi" I said shyly as my cat ears swiveled forward listening to them talk.
