Carcino smiled softly. "We met before, you just don't remember, I ran into you one day, quite literally...But what Loki says goes, I'm sorry."

"Liar. You HAVE to be lying!" Nightmare growled, clenching his fists.

"Tell me about it?" Dreamland asked, "I'd really like to know."

"Lying? Me? The prophet? Lying? Haha, don't be so foolish! Don't you see? There's hidden meanings to everything in the world around us! You, you're the lying one here!" Loki exclaimed, getting this crazy look in his eyes.

Carcino sighed. "I believe it was when Loki was first becoming like he is now, I had been out to get him some coffee because he had stayed up all night working on speeches, and on my way back, I ran into you because I hadn't been watching really. I got mad, assumed you weren't watching, but I calmed down when you started apologizing. I apologized that day too." His eyes glazed over in sadness of days long gone.

"Wow, Carcy, never thought of you to be the sentimentle one." Lilly whistled, giggling lightly at the fuming teen.

[silence.]

((Holy crap... sirens. They're loud... and.... scary. D:))

"And why take my friends because of that? We're nations, not playthings!" Nightmare snapped back, though he was unnerved by the look in Loki's eyes...

"I'm sorry." Dreamland whispered, "I don't remember. I'm so, so sorry. Ugh! IT'S LIKE THERE'S A GIANT HOLE IN MY D*MN HEAD!" Dreamland's voice rose to a scream.

"I never said anything about taking your friends! Why do you keep implying my greatness took your friends?! How dare you even imply that I would do something like that!" Loki shouted.

Carcino frowned. "Please, don't scream, Dreamland. You'll hurt your vocal chords. And it's okay, I barely even remember it. Not everyone can remember a one chance meeting." He said softly.

"Because it's obviously true!" Nightmare yelled back, "How else would you know us?! That's not common knowledge, you know!"

"Shush." Dreamland hissed, "I don't like being here, with someone I should know but don't. I don't like being cooped up in a place where I don't feel happy. I don't like that the last thing my brother and I did together was fight. I'm not happy.... not here, not here."

Carcino sighed, rolling his eyes. "You remind me of a kid, so I'm going to call you kid."
