Zoe whinched. She withdrew atex and called out Aztec. Sparky used Spark on the remaining stunky.

Well good, a traveling partner. "What good timing," Lucy said, "I probably would have given up and gone solo if I had to wait for the right person." She was not effected by this guy's nervousness in regards to either making the conversation more difficult or lighter. Instead, Lucy just continued on, wondering if she kept her posture, he would grow easy.

It dawned on Lucy then that she too needed to heal her Pokemon. "I should-" But wait, she had already healed them a little bit ago before choosing to observed the Gym battles. At that, she felt a pang of embarrassment, and although she tried to hide it, her abrupt stop in talking was enough. "No, never mind," she corrected herself quickly, "While you go do that, I'll wait outside."

Aaron nodded his head a quickly hurried away. He stepped into the Pokemon Center and quickly healed his Pokemon. Nurse Joy grinned kindly at him but Aaron did not stop to chat with her. He did not want to keep his new traveling partner waiting. He was still a little startled that someone want to travel with him, even if it was only a short distance. It wasn't just his new companion that made him jittery, it new Pokemon and adventures that awaited him.

After healing, he rushed to the PokeMart and selected the items that would he would take on this small journey. "Six PokeBalls and four more Potions please." He said softy the cashiere. After handing over his money, he took off to find Lucy. He found her waiting outside, just as she promised. He approached her, panting slightly from rushing around. "I-I am ready to travel when you are." He said softly. He hoped she was ready to travel as well. He was anxious to get moving.

[Aaron's inventory now consists of 6 Pokeballs [You never removed the two he used to catch Iggy, by the way] and 5 Potions. His money is now at #4bcbff,100.]

Lucy walked out of the Gym after-- Pause. She had introduced herself, but couldn't recall the boy doing the same. Oh well, she shrugged it off for now, after all he did seem to be in a rush to get going. Exiting the building, Lucy stretched in the sunlight; what a nice day for traveling. Only a few minutes later her new companion returned out of breath. "My, you wanted to go more than I thought, Lucy commented, "I guess there's nothing stopping us from leaving now then."

Following her own suggestion, she started in the direction of the bridge. She was quiet, trying to think of how to bring about asking for his name. So what better way then to just be blunt about it? "Ah," she turned, "To make this all easier, maybe we should be on a first name basis."

Aaron looked at her curious and then looked away blushing in embarassment. "S-sorry. Aaron. My name is Aaron." He murmured softly, feeling quite fooling over forgetting to tell her his name. He felt awkward talking to her, actually he felt awkward talking to anyone. He normally avoided people in his hometown because most just ignored him, so talking to others really wasn't his greatest skill. He glanced at her again, trying to think of something to maybe talk about and help him relax. "What Pokemon do you have, Lucy?" He asked a little curiously. She had already seen his in his battle against Akira, he was curious as to what types she would have.

"No, you dont need to do that Roy. We can just leave.." Ivory said, petting Static who was just sitting on her shoulder. "Huh?" Taking a step back, she hugged Blaze closer to her and bit her lip. "Thank you." She murmured softly, looking down. Creepy man....Calm down Ivory....If he makes sudden moves, Blaze will light his pants on fire..It's alright...

The man observed the girls delicate facial features. She was young and dainty, and had a curvaceous form. A smile played on his lips, he wasn't that much older than the girl, though he did rather look it with the large muscles and the fact he had shaved off his hair. "So whaddya say cuty? Dump the little runt." he said, paying Roy little to no mind.

Kyoto continued to search for pokemon, but finding none, was forced to continue to look.

The spearow struggled in it's case to not be caught, though it hardly needed to.
It was still very strong, and the ball weak and so it easily soon broke out. Enraged, it used
air cutter, damaging both pokemon by 18.

Roy had opened his mouth to say something, when suddenly then man seemed to shove past him, uncomfortably cornering Ivory. Ivory immediately seemed to shrink away in agitation, the thug grinning provocatively. Suddenly Roy felt himself burst into anger and he quickly slipped himself inbetween Ivory and the maniac. "Oi! Get away from her you deranged psychopath!" he said, shoving the man away a bit. His usually playful and fiery gaze had been replaced with a cold and icy stare as he placed his arm protectively in front of Ivory.

When Roy intervened, prodding the delinquent away and stationing himself inbetween the girl
and him he coiled his fingers into a fist. "That's tough talk for someone half my size." he said malignantly. At first it seemed like he was going to try and provoke a fight, when a ring discontinued his next move. Grunting he pulled out a pair of headphones, similar to the ones trainers were given by professor Lak, and put it on. A muffled voice could be heard yelling from the other end, but only a few words could be made out. "Get ov....emon found...ckup." "It's been found?" he spoke into the mike. After another few words were exchanged he clicked a button on the side of his headphones, glaring at the boy. "You got lucky this time pipsqueak, just stay out of my way next time." he grumbled, trudging past him, bumping him with his elbow. "Bye beautiful." he said to Ivory as he passed, giving her a bit of smile. He could still be seen a bit as he made his way through the crowd, but was slowly disappearing into the distance.

Kyoto had been searching for pokemon in alleys, when he noticed a figure pass by. There was something..strange about him. Narrowing his eyes as he poked his head outside the alley flashes of imagery suddenly flooded into his mind. The man...he recognized that man. He had been one of the guys who had beaten him up the other day. Gripping his stomach he tentatively stepped out, following the mean with his head low as he tried to hide his face. Where was he going?

(( YESS! DX And lol, I agree with Lady. If he turned out being the gym leader I would have died. Also Hollowed, speaking of headphones, we never got any from Prof Lak. But I see you put one in my inventory, are you changing it so he just like, gave it to us when we got our pokemon? ))

Roy seemed to growl as the man walked by him and Ivory, walking into the crowds. "I swear next time I see that guy, BAM! Right in the jaw!" he said, swinging a fist into the air. "Ill give him the ol' one two!" he said bitterly. Turning to Ivory he folded his arms. "He didn't hurt you did he?" he asked, a bit concerned. Alexa wriggled in her ball, managing to break out. Jumping up, she pulled on Roy's jacket, gesturing to where the man disappeared to. "Huh? What now Alexa?" looking up he saw the guy again, and then remembered what he had said on the phone. "What's been found...? Hm. This doesn't sound good." he said half to himself half to Ivory. "We should follow that creep. See what he's up to." he said staring after him.
