"I do." Shane looked around. "I used to come here and play. Acted like a fake thief, or played house when ever Amethyst came with me. I even housed the other phoenix here." Then added. "The lake was my father and I's place to go. I loved going with him."

Kitayla listened to him and nodded. "That sounds nice." she said softly. She didn't have a childhood like that. Her parents were the king and queen after all.
