"We'll get married tomorrow," Shane said with a smile. He took her hand and played with it softly. Shane looked into her eyes after a while.

Kitayla smiled brightly at him. She giggled softly as he started playing with her hand. Kit looked back, then closed her eyes and leaned her head against his chest. She was feeling sick again.

Shane knew she was starting to feel sick again. He then put a hand on her stomach. " It'll start fading soon." He then put the other arm around her.

Kitayla cuddled closer to him nodding. She closed her eyes tighter as her stomach continued to do little backflips. She started taking in deep breaths of the cool air trying to calm her stomach down.

Shane looked at her worriedly. He gently kissed her forehead. Then rubbed her stomach a little, wondering if it would help.

The sick feeling faded and Kit opened her eyes. "I'm gonna get something to eat," she said then got up and went inside. Toby came back looking satisfied.

Shane nodded and stayed seated. He then looked at Toby, "What did you get?" He saw the satisfied look. Shane looked at the animals and back at Toby.

Toby saw him glance at the animals. "If you think I ate one of the chickens, I didn't," his eyes seemed to say. He then ran after Kit.

Shane frowned in puzzlement. The cow had caught his eye. He shrugged and left the barn. Shane closed the door and walked in the house. He was reminding himself to bring firewood in for tonight.

Kitayla had cooked some of the eggs they had already taken from the chickens. She was currently eating them happily. Toby sat at her feet.
