"Thank you." Lucius nodded to the waitress, taking the bottle of wine. He got the cork out and tossed it aside, pouring two glasses of wine and holding one out to Liv.

Liv accepted the glass, than raised it in a toast. "To..." she
hesitated, then smiled. "To peaceful dates where nobody
jumps out with a gun to attack the bird people," she said,
keeping her face perfectly straight, as if she were serious.
She was glad that she had finally learned how to open up
and joke around.

Lucius raised his glass as well, a light and happy smile on his face. "I can drink to that." He said.

Liv smiled and clinked their glasses together.
"Good, cause I can't come up with anything better."
She laughed softly, then sipped. She had a stray thought
that she would have to be careful with how much
she drank. She didn't want to get too talkative, or
she might start going on about weird or random things.
