Kitayla woke up and looked at Rex. She shivered seeing and hearing the beast, but stayed where she was. Kit started trying to fall asleep again.

Kitayla sighed in relief when the sound stopped and put her ear to where Rex's heart was. She listened to it then fell asleep after a few minutes.
