Amber: heard them talking and didn't understand. She wished she had payed more attention to the spanish teacher in school/. She saw kaytan grip his knife, and that could only mean one thing. She elegantly jumped out of the tree, and landed in a bush with out a sound. She smiled, yet it didn't make sense to her. She made all that noise in the tree, and din't make a sound in a bush. She had no time to thing. She jumped out of the bush and ran off. She started panting as she looked behind her. She couldn't see them but she wasn't too sure. She kept on running, ax in hand

I sat down on the floor and waited for something to happen. I haven't heard a cannon yet.

Mandy nodded. "That sounds okay." he replied before going silent for a moment. As he wrapped his hand around her shoulder, he asked quietly, "But I mean, how are we both going to get out of here alive? There must be some sort of loop hole somewhere.

She sighed and leaned against his shoulder again, looking down at her feet. " I just don't know...Maybe we could just survive 'til the end and then.. y'know, not kill each other. We would be forcing them to let us go." She said quietly, messing with the cloth of her shirt.

"Don't you think that they'd keep up here until one of us turns? They're only allowed one winner after all," Mandy replied, looking at the ground sadly.

She sighed and looked down at her feet again. "You're right…But it's worth a shot." She said, looking up at him.

"I guess," Mandy said quietly, knowing that he'd just kill himself so she could live.
