Drander smiled.

Valdashi smiled, "I found it in the woods. It was kinda cold. So I put it in my shirt before we went inside."

Kayden smiled. "Well, does it need anything? Like a pillow or something, do you need anything?" She asked, stepping around to get a better view. "You know, thie means ou'll be a dad!"

Valdashi shook his head, "It doesn't need anything but a dad to sit on it." he said and smiled.

Kayden sat. "Okay, when will it hatch? Do you know?" She asked and tossed him a cookie and ate one.

Valdashi caught the cookie and shrugged, "I don't know. Could be a few hours, could be a few weeks."

Kayden swallowed, "A few hours? Hmmm. We should think of names. Wait until work tomorrow! We can tell everybody! Unless you want to stay here." She offered.

"I need to stay on it." Valdashi said, "But once it's warm enough I should be able to stay off it for a little bit."

Kayden thought for a minute. "Why not move your nest on the vent? It blows hot air." She said.

Valdashi shook his head, "It doesn't work that way."

Kayden nodded. "Oh, okay. Will you be okay there then?"
