Plot:

This is the 72nd Hunger Games. Katniss, Peeta, Haymich, Gale, Rue, Thresh, Cato, Glimmer, Marvel, President Snow... all of them don't exist. They have a different president of Panem, and ALL of the book characters do not and have not ever lived. ;D I hope you all understand this... 'cause I'm putting a great deal of stress on the fact that none of the book characters exist in this roleplay.

2 tributes; one boy, one girl from each of the 12 districts are sent to perticipate in a show called the 'Hunger Games', which is a fight to the death on live television. There is only one winner, and this is all played out in a closely watched arena where the enviorment could be completely random.

I would preferr if you have at least read the first book, or at least half of it. ;D It's not really that hard of a concept to get, really.

Rules:

The Capitol = Panem

Districts:

1 = Luxury Goods

They are the closest to the Capitol, and often are 'buddy-buddy' with them. They have many Career Tributes (kids who train all of their lives for the Games)

2 = Masonry

This District produces many of the Peace-Keepers (The people that 'keep order' amoung the different districts). They are the closest to the Capitol.

3 = Technology/Factories

Almost all of these people living here are smart and are great thinkers and tinkerers

4 = Fishing/Seafood

They are located on the coast, and surprisingly are pretty close with the Capitol. Not as close as 1 or 2 though.

5 = Power

Not much is named about this District...

6 = Transportation

These people are kind of drug addicts

7 = Lumber

This District doesn't have a lot of information about it either...

8 = Clothing/Textiles

Yup... same as above

9 = Grain

Again.... unknown

10 = Livestock

These people live on ranches and raise cattle and other livestock to be slaughtered

11 = Agriculture/Crops/Orchards

This District is one of the most starved, even though they harvest food, plant food, and make it grow...

12 = Mining

This District has the most information....but you can look it up yourselves! ;D

Personality: Seth is a quiet and reserved person, he barely talks at all due to a horrible past. Though he gives out an almost frightening apearance,(though he is incredibly dangerous), Seth has a kind heart. Even though this particular heart happens to be fraught with hundreds of scars. Seth is a loyal friend, but people dont look past his almost dark appearance.
History: When Seth was little, his mother passed away. As a result, his father began to drink like a fish. This of course, spelled disaster for Seth and his two siblings: Alessa and Kizu. Kizu happened to get into a lot of trouble as it was, and never cared much for Seth, but Alessa loved to be around Seth.They were virtually inseperable. But one day, Alessa was caught stealing by a peacekeeper, and he ended up kiling her. There was nothing Seth could do, but he went into a rage and nearly killed the man before retreating to the surrounding forests. The people had left Alessa's body, and when night came, Seth came back to get her. He gave her a proper burial, but his heart had been shattered completely. Alessa was 10, seth was 13.

Build: Seth is compact and very lean. Its very hard to see any muscle bulk on him at all, but he is lethal. He's not VERY tall, but not short either.

History: Anna's mother and father are farmers, so she knows very much of animals and how to heal wounds. Both human and animal. She lost her older brother to a bullet fired by a peace keeper though. He had been trying to stop a fight between two merchants, and in the fray, he had been shot instead.

Build: Anna is of very slight build, with very little shape to her at all.

Description: Anna has fire red hair, and green eyes. She is tall for her age, and horribly thin. She is tan.

History (At least two sentences): Their parents were killed in a small fire that started in there kitchen when Akari was about 10. They didn't have any family anywhere else in the district, so they stayed with a neighbor until Akari was 14. Her brother was 18 so he went and found a small house for rent for the two for them. Her brother had actually volunteered to go, but he was already 19 and was too old.
Blemishes/Freckles?: She has a long scar going from under her thumb to an inch or so down her arm. This happened in an hunting accident in the woods beyond the fence that isn't

History (At least two sentences): He grew up with both his parents and an older sister, and he always had a small problem with controlling his anger. His sister(Julia) was in one of the previous Hunger games when he was much younger. She was one of the first to die sadly, and since then, his anger problems have only gotten worse.

History: He has a foggy past, with what he has done. To the Peace-keepers in District 11, he is someone who should be watched closely, due to what he has gotten away with in the past. He stretches the rules to help his family.

Build: He is slight and skinny, but has fairly muscular arms from farming and working his whole life.

Personality: Reef tries to always appear strong, no matter how she feels. She always wants to be right, and in the lead, dispite her age and size. She is aggressive when bothered or taunted, but knows when to back off and retreat.
History: She was apat to getting in small squabbles in school, but has no actual fighting skills. She has always tried to be the best she could and help out her district, friends, and family.

Build: Very small
Race: She looks almost Hawaiian, but is just very tanned
Appearence: Reef
Description: She has long hair, and dark eyebrows. She has intelligent eyes and worn hands from working with fishing lines and nets.

Eye Color: Bluish green, mostly blue

Weight: 80 lbs
Family: She is an only child of a living mother and father

Personality: Orris is dark, secretive and overall, mysterious. He can be kind and open, only to someone he knows and trusts. He is a strong and stable mentor, that has been able to pull a few tributes through the Games.
History: He has a pretty clear past. He was selected for the games when he was 17, and came home to settle down with a wife and have a family of his own. Only, that didn't really happen. His wife died of a sickness that spread through almost the whole District. He was heartbroken, and was left almost compeltely alone, since his mother, and younger brother was taken by the outbreak as well.
Blemishes/Freckles?: He has a large scar that runs from his cheek bone down to his chin. He doesn't talk about how he got it, or who did it to him
Build: He isn't heavy-set, but he does have broad shoulders and a thicker frame
Race: Caucasion
Appearence: Orris
Description: He has a little bit of a beard, and has shaggy brown hair that sometimes covers his hazel eyes

History: She has lived in the Capitol all of her life, but doesn't like it there. She has a very large family, but is disconnected from them
Blemishes/Freckles?: She has a smudge of a red birthmark above her left eye, but doesn't try to cover it up or get it removed, like almost all Panem residents do
