Nicknames?: Redd doesn't have a nickname, she is an Avox, why giver her one anyway?

Personality: Timid, quiet (cause, she has no tongue.) Before becoming an Avox she was very outgoing and and fun-loving, but now she jumps at everything and rarely smiles any more. She is given the rare privilege to read, making her somewhat smarter then most Avox. Very sarcastic at times. A big prankster and a mishievious girl.
Description or Pic: Small, meek, and very pale. Redd has no red hair, or eyes, or anything for that matter. Instead her hair is a chocolate brown, that flows in loose curls past her shoulders. Her eyes are dark blue, foggy, and blind. She has small freckles scattered across the bridge of her nose and on her cheeks. She is slightly thin and small-boned.
History: Redd used to be happy. She had lots of caring friends, and a big, loving family. She would read and laugh and play all day. But then her father, accused of illegal hunting, was taken in by the Capitol, along with her and her brother, Blu. She was only 8. The family protested, causing breakouts of small riots. As punishment, her father was killed and the two youngsters became Avox. Since then she has lived a sad and utterly boring life, serving the tributes that come in each year and watching them die on the screen. She even became friends with some, and it hurts her heart watching them die. She is an amazing writer for someone her age. The reason why she is blind will be RPed.
