Tide gripped the seat of the chair he was sitting in and bowed his head. Emotions felt like they were going to choke him. To suffocate him and tear him apart. "Yes. Timothy and I went to the beach almost every day. I-I told him I would teach him how to fish. But that's quite an empty promise now." He whispered, swollowing slowly before composing himself and lifting his head to meet Noelle's gaze. A small smile was on his fairly handsome face, but it held nothing but bitterness and sorrow. "Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I'm pretty sure this is my death sentence." He dropped his head again, rubbing his cheek in a way that suggested that he was brushing off tears.

"Here," Fleur said, holding her book out to Pali, "Wanna look? They're just sketches, but that doesn't matter."

Noelle felt tears start to spill from her eyes. She could not stand to see others suffer. "Please, I'm sorry Tide." Normally, she would have walked over and gave him a hug. This time, no emotion overpowered her. Except for sadness. All she did was walk closer and gently put her hand on her shoulder, "I know how it is, and if I win, I promise to teach Tom how to fish." What did I just say?! Noelle facepalmed herself, "Sorry, that was not the right thing to say." Her hand was still planted on his shoulder. When she noticed, Noelle took her hand off and looked to the ground, blushing.

Personality: Rixy is hyperactive and often doesn't think before she acts. Sometimes, she has slight anxiety problems but they usually aren't too serious. When she gets nervous, she drums her fingers out of habit and clenches her teeth. She gets fustrated at herself a lot because of how she acts. Rixy gets anooyed when people don't listen to her and she can get a bit violent at times. She'll tune out things she doesn't want to hear and argue. However, she's scared to kill things and will sometimes break down and cry when she needs to. She's left-handed and sometimes he gives things wierd names or titles. Rixy also has a sweet-tooth but there is rarely any sugar for her to eat. She also likes to be around aninals because she feels like they listen more.

Rixy has straight, reddish-brown hair that goes a little past her shoulder and curls at the ends and side bangs. Her skin is a a little bit tanned from being outdoors and she doesn't have freckles. She has a birthmark behind her right ear and is pretty small and scrawny.

History: No one wants to see their child get reaped. Rixy's parents didn't want to feel the heartbreak of sending their child off to the Hunger Games so they abandoned her. She grew up with her adoptive brother who also plays the role of a dad their home. Her brother, Kyle, was luckily never reaped.

Skills: Rixy and jump and run and is generally very agile.
