Austin walked along, keeping Sorrel's pace, when he heard shouting. A girl, for sure. The boy stopped in his tracks, holding out his arms to stop Sorrel. Then, he turned on his heels, whispering to his ally, "Someone's close. I say we go there before summer. They could be following us."

Sorrel Knoxs-Tribute-District 8

Sorrel nodded slowly, not speaking up as if that would help keep them hidden. She clutched the dart in her hand and listened, seeming to just about slow down everything she did to be able to pick up any noises. This was the first time that she had encountered anything that could really end up killing one of them and it was only making her more paranoid. She was ready to listen to Austin though and go just about anywhere.

Noelle still held her crossbow, ready to attack if she had to. Just for saftey, she began to shimmy up a tree. She peered around to see if she could find out who it was that could be sneaking around in the bushes. There was a boy and a girl. The girl obviously had sharp needle-like darts in her hand, but she could not identify the boy's weapon. "That girl's Sorrel, and he's Austin!" Noelle lost her grip on the tree and tumbled down, her body smacking into branches all the way down. She had made a ton of noise, most likely catching the attention of the pair. The wind had been knocked out of her and her spine felt like it was going to fall in. She tried to raise herself from the ground, but failed and fell back to the ground.
