Sorrel Knoxs•District 8•Tribute
Sorrel kept up pace with him, falling behind at his side. She didn't dare cover her head with her hands. All she needed was for some other surprise to occur and she be unable to defend herself. No words came from her mouth. She couldn't even manage to speak them. She was too short-breathed to utter anything and just kept running, her legs growing more weak with every stride.
Mace Delrium•District 6•Tribute
Mace could feel the vibrations pulsing through the ground as land and snow alike tumbled down. The noise got more and more intense. A look of worry quickly flashed across his face as he covered his head with his hands and stumbled forward. A loud creaking noise emitted from the tree behind him and the young man sputtered in panic, scrambling to try to take hold of the ground so that he could move. It only did so much and he couldn't help but let out a loud scream as the trunk fell on his left leg. Mace couldn't help but start weakly shaking his head, as if trying to hold something off that would son be creeping up on him.
