Arela's head snapped up as she heard a muffled thud. jumping up she looked around franticly, she couldn't be killed not yet, she had just gotten away. heart pounding she picked up her meager finds and slung the bags over her shoulder. she tensed and as she did so she realized she had put the pocket knife away* dang it! i just had to do that didn't i!* she knew she had no time to get it out she she started to quietly back away, jumping at everything that seemed to move*

Sorrel Knoxs•District 8•Tribute

Sorrel sped off towards the snow-capped mountains. It might be colder there but if she was lucky she would be able to find something to keep her warm. A cave would do good and maybe if she ever did have some time the threads in her hand would be useful. For now she continued to run, her eyes flitting around from side to side. Her shoes made crunching noises in the snow that she tried her best to avoid making just in case another tribute was close by. She could only hope not. Sorrel really wanted to purify some of this snow and maybe settle down just for then.

Mace Delrium•District 6•Tribute

Mace panicked, not having been able to reach the cornicopia without chance of being killed. His hands were shaking as he dashed towards the lush green bushes the signified a warmer climate and hid behind them, trying to see and wait if there would be anything left totake without it coming to a fight which at the moment would lead to his death. Mace wasn't so sure if his hands would help him at the moment when most people had a weapon to use.

District 1||The Games||Spark

Spark shakily peered from behind the large tree, stick still clenched to her chest. "K-Kodi? Is she gone?" She bit her quivering lip, shrinking down a little.

District 10||The Games||Austin

Austin had gained a few miles in the spring rainforest, now casually walking over hills and jumping the abundance of streams. Some hair now hung in his face from the fast trek, and he brushed it away. The boy re-shouldered the bag and gripped the knife in his left hand. He looked around for any signs of danger, and keeping an ear out for any unseen threats. His eyes flickered up toward a tree, where he could swear there was just the flutter of wings and a flash of blue. Nevermind for now, I guess. He continued walking.

District 11||The Games||Sam

Sam raced into the winter mountains, tripping on a stone. He quickly hauled himself back up and ran, panting. The boy found a heap of snow, and under that, an empty hole. He sat down in it, managing to get some snow around and on him for camoflauge. He crouched down, closing his eyes. He was weaponless, and didn't have a way to defend himself whatsoever.

Sorrel bent down towards the snow, the small darts she held in her hand easily hidden as she gazed out behind her mound of snow to hear footsteps and then a deeper crunching noise. Then everything fell silent. She finally peered out from her hiding spot and found nothing. If anything the wind here had only blown the snow and maybe that had been why everything look much more odd. Still, to be safe, she clenched one of the darts in her hands as she got up to her feet. Sorrel had only wished she had asked Austin to be an ally last time they had spoken. It was going to be much more difficult to take down anything that came around this area alone. Though hopefully most of the other tributes had gone to the warmer parts of the arena. It wouldn't be easy to hide out here and she would probably be driven away by the gamemakers sooner or later but this was the most ideal place she could think of.

District 11||The Games||Sam

Sam began to peel some snow back, his body feeling the freeze. He didn't hear anything, so the boy popped up and go tout of the snow hole, brushing bits of the white substance off himself. Sam quietly murmured, trying to think of a game plan, but he was unsuccessful. Suddenly, the remembered he actually was in the Games. He spun around, now facing an older girl. He widened his eyes and clenched his hands into fists, ahving no other thing to do.
