The followers (Romance V2) ~Open

Cheyenne got up, feeling sick and made her way out the door. She wanted to find safety and quick so she could shift human again.

Eli lead the way across the road keeping a hand on Cheyenne's back to guide her and headed into the woods. He glanced around once they were deep enough in and sighed. "Okay you can shift back now."

Cheyenne felt Eli's guiding hand and felt the grass and leaves beneath her paws. Once he said it was safe, she collapsed to the leafy floor and shifted human, breathing fast and forehead sewed with sweat, and her stomach a bit more enlarged as the child grew.

Eli knelt down next to Cheyenne and gathered her carefully up into his arms holding her close. "You did great Cheyenne." he murmured placing a kiss on her forehead before standing up again, cradling her close.

Cheyenne felt Eli's arms cradle her. Her body ached, not liking being in that form for so long after not being in her tigress firm for a while. "Thanks." She breathed, still trying to slow her breath. She then felt him stand up and she winced, the motion slightly jostling her and her body complained in reply. "I don't feel too good." She breathed, looking extremely pale and washed out.

Eli nodded and held her close. "You're welcome love." he murmured softly holding her ever so carefully so he didn't hurt her at all. He paused as Cheyenne said she didn't feel well and nodded. "Tell me if you need to be sick and I'll set you down alright. I'll just carry you back since you're in no shape to walk right now." he told her gently. She looked terrible right now an Eli wanted to get her back to the castle as quick as he could.

Cheyenne slowly rested her head agonist his chest, closing her eyes and trying to think of better things than pain and being sick. "Okay." She said quietly as she tried to ease herself. "Thanks again." She added, feeling her body cramp and she tenses with an intake of breath. It was all through her body, pain. Someone had seen her phase, they'd been hiding and now sent a tranquilizer dart into her back, causing her to tense up.

The person, Drew, wanted to take her to a government lab to do tests since he was fascinated by the inhuman and supernatural things that no one ever believed. Now he had proof, the actual being that shifts. He stayed hidden as he watched the girl go limp.

--thought I'd add a little drama. ^^ oh, and I won't be on muh this weekend. Just a heads up.--

"Yep." he murmured softly to her leaning down to kiss her forehead again before continuing to walk along the mostly hidden path back towards the castle. He felt Cheyenne tense up in his arms but didn't realize that she had been his with a dart and shrugged it off. He frowned when she didn't relax again after a few moments and glanced down, stopping in his tracks. "Cheyenne you okay?" he asked worriedly. If need be he could just fly them back to the castle, it would be faster but not quite as smooth.

Cheyenne lay limp in Eli's arms without a word, unconscious. Her heart had owed and her while body was limp in his arms.

Drew smiled, moving closer but kept to the shadows of the trees as he moved to shoot a dart at Eli, aiming for his neck so the drugs would spread quickly and have him out in a few momennts. He now aimed the dart gun.

Eli frowned something felt very very wrong right now. He shifted Cheyenne i his arms and felt something stuck in her and recognized the feeling instantly. It was a dart. He spun around making sure to move to the left so if a dart was being shot it would miss and scanned the trees for someone. He settled into a crouch ready to jump into the air and fly out of there. No one would be able to follow him that way.
