"I am lamia. I can choose to age. Unlike made vampires who are frozen at that age." Calina said quietly. She looked over t him and smiled.

"Ah." Rai ended up pulling Calina into a tight hug. "Then, you should stop aging. Then, you could be with me forever." He gave her a bright grin, but it later disappeared. "But, that's only if you want to."

jade waited for ash to come back she walked around the house not touching anything.

Calina was surprised by the hug but then hugged him back, "Of course I will stop aging to be with you."

Ash walked back inside and sat down.

"Good!" Rai chimed and cupped her head in his hands for a moment. His eyes were glazed with happiness, even his clouded one. "How do you stop aging? Do you just stop? Or do you have to do something special to stay frozen at a specific age?"

"I just stop." Calina replied. She smiled and looked up at him.

Rai smiled at her and pressed his cheek up against hers. "I love you, Calina," he whispered and hugged her close to him.

"I love you too." Calina said quietly. She wanted to kiss him but knew to wait until he kissed her.
