Hantu sighed and looked at the ground. She would have to work extra hard to try and find a way to get Corra out. Hantu bit her lip and looked up again, focusing her eyes on the dolls again. Their red flowered dresses shimmered a little in the light of a few candles on the side of the room and their eyes glistened a bit. Hantu shuddered and looked away.

Corra listened for a moment, hearing a slight giggle coming from the wall on her left. She looked that way, and heard a ghost say," Why, Corra?" Her eyes widened, and she shouted at Hantu, her voice sounding like a child in despair,
" Go, Hantu! GO!"

[Malcasia]

Hantu looked up at Corra with her face full of alarm. She jumped up and ran, running into one of the dolls, knocking it from it's seated position on a table, the glass face shattering when it hit the ground. Hantu staggered, slamming into the door and she struggled with it for a moment before she took off down the hall, fear pushing her on even as she felt a sharp pain in her ankle when she tripped. She fought against a scream, catching herself against the wall briefly before she pushed off and continued running, slowing a little as tears blurred her vision. She hadn't realized, but she had dropped her camera in the doll room when she jumped up. It had fallen out of her pack.

Corra's eyes widened in alarm when she saw her camera still there. She was about to go and attempt to return it, when four little shrine maidens floated through the walls, stakes and hammers in their hands.
The eldest looking one said," You are a traitor, Corra."
Corra shrunk back slightly, but said," I don't want to be here anymore, Hisame...please don't hurt me!"
The 3 other maidens laughed, and Hisame said," You aren't leaving Corra....I will not let you."

[Malcasia]

It was only then that she had realized that she had dropped her camera. Hantu slid to a stop, suddenly determined to get it and help Corra. She ran back toward the doll room, her lungs burning and her legs aching.

Hisame grinned wickedly, and advanced towards Corra, followed by the other three children. Corra glared, and she backed up a bit. One of the maidens vanished from sight, and appeared behind Corra, and pushed her forward. Corra let out a cry, mostly for help, then Hisame grabbed Corra by her shoulders. She fought desperately to escape as she was pinned to the floor of the doll room, and was staked by Hisame in the left hand. She screamed, and struggled for dear life. It did not do much, and she felt pain sear through her as she felt her ankles get staked. Then her right hand. Corra cried out, and tried to escape from this painful prison she was in, then just layed there, her eyes half-closed. The children laughed.

[Malcasia]

Hantu slammed into the door, knocking it wide open. Her bravery vanished however when she saw the children with Corra staked to the ground. She gulped and looked at her camera where it lay a few feet away on the floor. She grabbed for it. "CORRA! COVER YOUR FACE!" She shouted as she lifted the camera.

Corra's eyes widened, and she whimpered slightly. She tried to move her staked hands, and screamed again, but then turned her head away, hoping that would do some affect.
The children turned to face her, and they smiled. Hisame laughed, and advanced towards Hantu.

Hantu didn't hesitate. As soon as Corra had her face away from her, she hit the button on the camera, the flash lighting up the faces of Hisame and the other two children.

Hisame and the girls cried out, retreating a few paces back.
Corra felt the burning of the shot that Hantu took, and she winced, closing her eyes. The pain from the stakes began to get to her, and she began to feel very tired. That did not surprise her, because it was the affect of these tattooed stakes after all.
One of the other girls completely retreated from the room, but Hisame and the last two did not give up.
