((Um well originally yes, that's what I'd thought would happen... My first post was meant for your character to get a chance to come in and talk to Arisu but Ry wrote something in response to it literally just before you! And now I see Celeste just responded to the post you intended for me?
Usually I would've gone along with your text and written from that, but Ry's post had direct reference to my character whereas your text was a lot more open: out of context Amidamaru could be bumping into anyone, not just Arisu, whereas Ry actually describes seeing her and remembering her.... With your post there's still the possibility for another character to come in and talk to him instead. It could very well be Celeste, or either of us could make a new character for that purpose.
My thinking here is that if I keep Arisu talking to Ry we can get another character to bump into Amidamaru in the street without breaking the logic of neither of your texts, and that neither you nor Ry have to rerwrite things. Again, I'm really sorry this is stalling your entry in RP... ))

((I'm so sorry about the complications Tsu, I should have clarified to which character I was directing my writing, as well as seen it was polite not to go along with Ry's interruption... I hope my reasoning behind that makes sense to you. So far it seems like we're going in a direction where Arisu and Ry are in one place while Celeste and Amidamaru are in another, which unfortunately means you have to rewrite your post... But you're right, it seems like the easiest option just in practical terms.

Otherwise, you don't at all have to feel pressured into writing more than you can manage! I still enjoy RPing with you guys independent of length, style or frequency. My own posts tend to be long and ambiguous so if you -or anyone for that matter- would like clarifications as to what's happening in one of my posts before responding to it just ask me. I'm also 100% willing to write less or differently if that'd be better for you.))

((Woah woah woah let's all take it easy here. We've barely so much as done anything here I didn't realize people had already formed strong-holding connections. I was just progressing, and fyi Tsu my post length has nothing to do with it I just had backstory down with Arisu I wanted to recover. I don't really have anything to go off of with Aurora's characters we didn't really communicate much before the earlier version of this died down. I wasn't trying to be mean I was just moving to a more suitable position. Post length is just post length. Also my post would've probably been the same either way, Ryoshi doesn't like being around people in mourning or sadness, it makes him uncomfortable. No harm no foul, nothing's even happened yet.))

Ryoshi...

Ryoshi had to drag himself back to consciousness. He figured just sitting and staring wasn't polite. "I um....I know I look...different." he managed to speak, audibly this time. "It's been a long time...the old cactus wanted to sleep. I wasn't going to deny him his rest." he said, still wondering if his words could even be heard. His sword nicked his elbow, just enough to remind him that he wasn't in some dreamworld. He had to look up again. She was still there. So was Bastet. Bastet didn't seem so leery at that moment though. She looked like she did normally now, calm but still a bit peeved by the world. "I um...I saw Celeste....but I wanted to leave her be. The rain isn't bothering you is it? I think I can make it stop, I still remember how to-oh gosh I'm just going on and on now I'm sorry..." This was almost how he always acted around Arisu. It was a very consistent form of insanity he had. 'You look....you look good. I do still see that cut on your leg however..." he mused, giving him enough to smile. That had probably been his favorite fight. He remembered it too well. Too vividly. "I um..." he lost his voice again, the rain lightened up a bit. He wanted to say her name, just to hear its melody again, but that might have been too much for his mind to handle then.

((Ry, what I understand is that you're eager to get to write about Ryoshi and Arisu again — more so than about Ry and Celeste or a character he's not familiar with — and that with this eagerness you took the opportunity to jump in at a scenario which followed your character's personality. At the same time, it's possible the tone of your message to Tsu was perceived as brusk, especially since Tsu has to rewrite their post, and maybe they would have liked you to acknowledge that that was frustrating for them.
(I actually never asked for your preferred pronouns Tsu, so I'm using they at the moment if that's okay.)
Anyway... I'll be posting later this evening: I still have to finish up some stuff and then I'll be back on and we can get this RP going!))
