Shadow smiled at her "Well if you must call me miss Shadow then alright." She looked down thinking it was February 3 and tomorrow was Alice's birthday, remembering this she looked around "Why aren't there any decorations? " She asked Cecily. "Don't you know its Alice's birthday tomorrow?"She asked perplexed.

Leon had approached the house, knocking, and telling the maid that answered that he would be able to attend. He left after that, and started towards the entrance of town. Now he could go back to the mansion. He wouldn't tell anyone about his outing until it was time, so no one could insist they go with. At the entrance, he mounted the white horse, and started to trot up the path towards the mansion.

Cecily frowned slightly, and her head tilted to the side as she thought. Alice's birthday was tomorrow? Cecily had not known this. Although this was quite an unknown notion to Cecily, for usually she knew matters of this state. Though Cecily knew a party for a servant could not take place, but in the delight of the night the girls could throw their own party. It was a little late for anything fancy, but Cecily could make a small, simple cake. Of course she would have to purchase the items herself and in secret for Alice wouldn't know."Decorations? I do not understand. Like me, Miss Shadow, Alice is but a humble maid. Being an older friend I can take care of her, as she does in return for me; but you see a party there can not be. Servants hold their places, and it would just be socially improper to do so otherwise. I mean, acknowledgements are common, but not much more." Cecily explained.

I find a small clearing in the woods with a few flowers,I dimounted my horse and let him graze.I walk around to the flowers I smile and sit down next to them looking at them. They were so pretty,Alexander walked up and nugged me with his large. I smiled and giggled"Ello love"I say and hug his nose and kiss it then pet his face."Its nice here it makes me almost not want to go back and just stay here forever"I smile and sigh leaning up against a tree petting his face.

Leon would be upset but oh well " Cecily My dear When is the last time you think Alice had a real party in her life? We must have her one. You see i know before I came you see i brought decorations just in case, but there not going to be enough to fit in one room the rooms are far too big. I thought you see...," She trialed off. "If it was jenny's birthday we would have a huge party presents and cake and music and everyone dancing... Alice deserves a party just like anyone else. Its still light so we have time, If your master gets mad he can put me out and he better not blame you or hurt you i know people... anyways i will got to the Market and get some other supplies, while you and Jenny stay here and make a cake and think of were we can put the decorations up its has to be in one room you see... one that Alice doesnt go into normally... you and Jenny can figure that out as well... Ill buy presents for Alice of course but you too seeing as i missed your birthday and we can celebrate yours with Alice's too." She stood up "I'll have to hurry if i am to get anything good Cecily we will play later i promise im here for a very long time you see so we have ages." She called as she got ready to leave.

Finally reaching the yard, Leon dismounted the horse, and led it back to the stables where he quickly took off all tack, gave him a bit of food to last him until later, then hurried inside. He wanted enough time to do some research. He looked around, hearing Shadow and Cecily talking about something. "I'm back." He called out, starting towards the stairs. He made his way to his room, and closed the doors behind him, taking off the uncomfortable jacket and riding cape. He placed the mail on the table, and opened the one he knew as a bill. He sighed lightly at the cost; it was a lot, even by his standards, for feed for animals. Fifty gold coins wasn't exactly easy to come by, even for him. Perhaps he'd invest in his own crop growing some day...

Asher nodded to her. "Well, I should get goin', before the law finds me around here." He said, starting off. "See ya 'round! If anyone asks, I went the opposite way!" He added as he started to run off back to the safety of his alleys. He felt safest there, where he knew it all like the back of his hand, and could easily outmaneuver some clunky old soldiers who were after his hide. And his money that he stole.

Cecily looked uneasy, and her eyes darted a bit off to the side. She was quiet a bit when she heard the master's voice. "Oh, please Miss Shadow. Although you're family traditions do sound so very wonderful, if we are to do anything we can't do anything big. We could always decorate her room in the servants quarter...and her birthday's not until tomorrow...and if we were to make a small cake we are not to use the master's food. Oh no, as Alice's fellow servant I will buy for an expenses of lavish." Cecily blinked a bit and pulled her hair behind her ear a bit. "To be honest...I can't remember a time when either of us had a party of our own...and it is kind of you, but really, my birthday is nothing to worry over." Cecily said with a cute smile. She used this smile to hid a sense of panic.

Shadow looked over at Cecily "Dont worry I'm going to talk to Leon right now."She said. As she marched up the stairs she thought for a second.Then as she approached his door she stopped and knocked lightly " Um..Leon ... Uhh... May i come in? Please?" She asked. Looking at her feet she frowned. What if he wont let us she thought to her self... but then her brave side came out and she thought well then he will just have to do without Alice and Cecily for a day... She tilted her chin up and put on a brave face.

Leon looked over at the door. "Yes, come in." He said, walking to the door and opening it for her. "What did you need?" He questioned, standing to the side to let her in. He hoped it was nothing serious, or nothing trivial. "If this is about you and Alice going to town, I am completely fine with it." He told her with a light smile.
