I offer two types of services here. Dragon leveling and dragons pre-leveled.
Dragons pre-leveled will be for sale. They never go below level 15.

I take three forms of payment. CS pets, C$ and Gems.
What form of payment I will be taking will be listed next to the dragon for sale.

Now I have a few small rules.
⚪Leveling takes time so certain orders may take longer than usual. Especially level 25s.
↪️ I will keep you updated best of my ability about your order.
⚫ Send CS payments in a one way trade. I will accept after I have completed your order.
↪️ FR Gems in a PM or one way CR.
⚪I do not level up dragons below level 5.

Small Q&A
Q: How long does it take you to level a dragon to 5-15?
A: Usually not that long. The lower the level, the easier it is to go to.
Level 5-10 can take anywhere from an hour to a few days.

Q: How long does it take you to level a dragon to 20-25?
A: This can take anywhere from two to six weeks.
If it exceeds over this I make sure to notify you.

Q: I would like you to level a dragon that's at 14 to 25. How would that work, price wise?
A: I take the difference from 25 and since that'd be 11, I would count that as a level 11.
So I would take my prices and add a bit onto since this'd be to level 25.

Q: Do you supply the stones for my dragon?
A: Unfortunately with my current stock and the prices of ambushes & berserkers, I don't.
I do supply the might fragments though.
In the future this may change as prices always fluctuate as well does stock.

I value the uncommons(UCs) at 6c$ per. No UCs from ('16-'17)
My prices for level 25s are high for a reason.

Level Ten:
9 UCs OR Two rares+One UCs OR 54 c$ OR 319 Gems
Level Fifteen:
14 UCs OR Three rares+Two UCs OR 84 c$ OR 496 Gems
Level Twenty:
20 UCs OR 5 rares (ONLY '08-'10) OR 120c$ OR 708 Gems OR Low Advent Pet
Level Twenty Five:
40 UCs OR 10 rares (ONLY '08-'10) OR High Advent Pet

Order 3 dragons to be leveled to 10 and only pay 3 rares!
Big savings, usual price would be 6 rares+3 UCs.

Order 2 dragons to be leveled to 15 for 150kt!
Yet another one with big savings, usual price in treasure would be 850kt.
End date: After three orders.

Question. The dragon Im thinking about having you level is already LVL14, but Im trying to get him to 25. How would that work, price wise?

That would count as a level 11. The usual price of a level 11 is 10 UCs,Two rares+Two UCs,60 c$,354 Gems.
Since it's going to be to lvl 25 as they're harder to level, I'm going to ask for 14 UCs,Three rares, 84 c$, 496 Gems.

Yes, except with the Ucs+rares it's 14 UCs or 3 rares. The rest is correct.
