Does anyone here know if Fer.al allows cross trading? I've tried asking before and never got an answer, but i'd love to know because I do have some "important" things on there that i'm ok with trading

No, Fer.al does not allow trading outside of the game.

From their Terms of Service:

6. Rules of Conduct
When you access or use a WW Service, you agree that you will not:

• Sell, buy, trade or otherwise transfer or offer to transfer your WW Account, any personal access to WW Services, or any WW Content associated with your WW Account, including WW Virtual Currency and other Entitlements, either within a WW Service or on a third party website, or in connection with any out-of-game transaction, unless expressly authorized by WW.

If Ovipets doesnt allow offsite trading then there's something going on because ovipets is one of the sites I see the most offsite trading happen

I think only for pets from this game.
Like people trade real money/da points but you have to do it offsite and it cannot be for pets. But like for artwork or user made stuff its allowed to be discussed and done off site?

I've heard that animal jam does allow cross trading? Is that out of date
