I think that Neopets rule has been around for quite a while. It is on the wajas ban list too, and from what I gather has been for a while.

Just one question; I'm not sure if this would go here or not, but how about trading CS pets for stuff on console games? Like, you know, such as Animal Crossing; that's one I know.... ^^;
