So I let's say I wanted to do a giveaway of my AJ account but host the giveaway on CS. I don't want anything in return and won't accept anything if someone offers something to me. Will that still count as "off-site trading"?

Since it has nothing to do with CS it wouldn't belong on CS at all. You might be able to find an AJ fansite or similar that would be a reasonable place to host such a giveaway.

Nope but as long as it isn’t on this list and there is nothing in the Terms of Service or any rules about offsite trading, it should be fine.

i confirmed with Desi, and offsite trading is not permitted with Celestial Equines currency/pets/ etc
