Tricky question... one someone PM'd me about earlier, so I will say someone else might be interested as well.
I didn't find many references, basically just:
Maybe the ENTIRE Set of GemStone Rune Dragons + few rares would be fair for the Red Toxic.
I got my GemStones for a Skeleton PPS, which is lower on the list then Red Toxic.
Different approach, with the PPS having a guideline value of C$400, 18C$ being 20 baubles, and each gemstone dragon being estimated at 80+ baubles, that seems about right?
