Aaannyywaaayyy, I've heard the City in the Sky theme on YouTube (note to self: don't look at ANY spoilers for Zelda 3DS when it comes out unless they're insanely minor, you've already looked at spoilers for every canonical game, heck you're only on the TOT in TP) and it's really creepy...

What do you think the hardest temple was in TP?

I found Twilight Princess to be a really hard game altogether to be honest, much trickier than any other Zelda game that I'd played. If I had to choose though, I'd say the City in the Sky. It was pretty, but so confusing. If I'm honest, I had to use a guide for so much of that game . Strangely enough, in SS I'm completing everything without one.

Agreed, City In The Sky was difficult. That and the ice and lakebed temples drove me crazy.

I found Twilight Princess was one of the easier Zelda games, but that's just me. I know a lot of people who thought it was really hard so I think I might just be weird. XD But City in the Sky was a hard dungeon, I got stuck so many times in that dungeon.

I think Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages were extremely hard Zelda games, I got so mad at them but they're so much fun!

Overall I didn't find Twilight Princess that hard. That's about the only negative thing I could say about it is that I wish it had been a bit more challenging, mostly the boss fights.

Now for me, the Shadow Temple in Ocarina of Time will always haunt me, lol. It wasn't necessarily difficult so much as it just freaked me out and took me forever to get through all the way. Specially considering I first played that game when I was 5 and on the N64, crappy graphics and all (though they were amazing for the time xD).
