Since it was on sale though, I thought it wouldn't hurt to get it, as I did like the world despite that flaw. I'm actually grateful Merlin uses a broom cause at least that way he looks more natural than the car riding Sims... natural being used in a very broad way her of course.
I rode horses when I could. It made it more natural to me. I wish there was a mod to turn all cars to horses or something, but I tend to live in the country in that town anyway, so it doesn't really affect me.
Were you able to get your dragon to fly? Mine won't fly. "Not enough room" it says.I considered horses until I saw the broom. The broom is fine for me, so I'll probably keep it at that. XD
And yes, my dragon can fly. o3o I think Merlin has made him fly around three times? At least three times that I was paying attention.
Odd. Where did you fly it?

So far I honestly think it's better because of everything I have seen. The thing I like the most is emotions!! Also there's other things that I like to. You have to go see for yourselves.
Anybody have sims 3 seasons? Is it any good? I kind of want it.. Then again why can't they put seasons in the based game? It would make sense and not have to take so much time aside for the game.
Though I like the idea of emotions and the style of the Sims 4, I also feel like it's a major step back. I like the toddler stage, personally. It just adds more realism. But the major step back for me is the ability to customize patterns and the like. I love to spend hours on homes, and if I can't make a house fully custom, then I don't see a point in getting it. :\
Maybe when that stuff comes into the game, I'll consider it. But, to me it's just another step back for EA.
As for Sims 3 Seasons, it does add a sense of realism to the game. There are so many events to do and it's just overall a fun addition. They don't put Seasons in the base game to make a profit. They did the same thing with Sims 2, which also had the wonderful addition of Seasons. I recommend Sims 3 Seasons if you like to play your game on a more realistic level, like coats for your sims, are interested in new hair, etc.
I personally like to play with my sims in a more reality-based environment (Not super rich, modest home, struggling paycheck to paycheck, etc.) and Seasons just added an extra boost to that.
