It worked! My new computer now has Sims installed and it runs so beautifully I almost cried. ;v; I decided to try my hand at my first Supernatural and made a Witch in Dragon Valley. I felt like making Merlin after all. His face is NOT Sims friendly, but I think I managed pretty nicely. =D He is now employed as an alchemist, and he has a pet red dragon named Rubeus that hatched from an egg he found in his house. I'm considering giving him a dog to help with the money, but if worse comes to worse I guess I can always conjure a ton of apples and turn them into elixirs to sell? XD

I had a dragon farm going on myself xD
Though, people stole them u_u
Always name your dragons! I also raised unicorns.

Worse comes to worse, just retire from alchemy and potion making and run an apple orchid. :3

I traveled to Oasis landing for the first time yesterday, and I met a really cool Plumbot and I added him to my family. I immediately got really attached to him after I traveled back home. I was back at my house for a little while and my Plumbot was messing about with the BotBuilder when it said that I had to go catch some Nanites, so I went back to Oasis Landing with my other Sim (since she was the one who had the Collection Helper at the time) and I expected my Plumbot to come with me, but when I got there he wasn't in my "active household" bar. At first I thought "That's fine, It's just like if you go to travel somewhere (like China, France, etc.) and the Sims that you don't take disappear from the bar and then re-appear when you go back home." But when I did go back home, he was gone. He wasn't in my active household. I went to check my relationship bar, and he was there, but the box there his face is supposed to be was completely blank. I clicked in it, and one of the options was to "Invite Over", so I called him, and I got the result: "Sure, I'll come over in a little while." I sped the game up, but he never came. At the time, my Sim lived in a really small house, so I decided that she should move into a bigger one. I went to select who I wanted to move, and the Plumbot appeared in the options. Again, the box where is face is supposed to be was completely blank, and when I moved he still did not appear. Does anyone know what this is?

Oh gods yes, I read that if you don't name the dragons they end up getting stolen by the townsfolk... you have no idea how happy I was I named him on a whim, cause he hatched in the library. 8'D Mind you, the first thing the little monster did was bite Merlin, so maybe that wouldn't have been such a bad thing. <<

I have never actually raised unicorns. I have raised horses to a ridiculous degree though. Definitely the job my Sims hold the most. XD

Yeah, they do. I had a red dragon that was hiding in the bamboo that I didn't know was there. And then a zombie elf Sim (He was an elf who became a zombie on the full moon) came up and stole it. After I cured him of being a zombie (So rude).

Unicorns are simple to raise, but I always find horses high maintenance in the Sims so I don't raise many at a time. I literally throw down hay and water and leave them to whatever they want at that point. No matter what they hate my Sims riding them so I never bother with that sort of thing.

Omg. XD I would have turned them back to a zombie just to spite them. The nerve of some sims. 8'D

Amazingly enough I never had any problems with the horses hating me in any way, my only problem was the routing issues with them in my old computer. Sometimes my sims would take forever doing anything. As in, they would take about half an hour deciding whether they wanted to do what I had sent them to do or not. With the horses, since it is two sims interacting.... they seemed to take it upon themselves to double that time. =n= Hopefully the same thing won't happen in this computer though, as I have had absolutely no lag related issues.

Hey i'm planning to do a Legacy but i'm not sure of where to start it, i kinda want to start in Twinbrook but i know there are no lots that fit the requirements
I can do it in other towns but i would need to transfer the ambitions buildings, like the salon over to them and that takes a long time. Its so long it makes me think its crashed

And usually i make my sims really unusual, give them blue hair and red eyes something like that because i like to see it passed on to their children but i'm not sure if i want them to be more natural this time round
I'm hoping i can be creative enough to actually write a legacy rather than just play it
Trying to get back into roleplaying, haven't done it for a while. I like roleplaying wolves but they have to be realistic so no alpha beta delta and especially no healer ranks. I like big cats, horses, cats. I like roleplaying warrior cats. I don't play a lot with human characters unless they're shapeshifters or dragon riders.

So if you have a roleplay that needs more members send me a PM.

If there are no lots that fit, you can try to edit town before setting the family and place a lot type that matches the requirements. If not, just go for the next best thing. Bending the rules a little so that you can play in your town of choice is fine, as it would defeat the purpose of the challenge to make it so that you cannot enjoy it to the fullest. c=

Decided that I wanted to start up a game with a stray and above is a picture of Rhebekka. She is almost a pure-bred Siamese and has the traits: Hunter, Intelligent and Destructive. She was thrown out of her old home due to her destrutive habits and has managed to find an abandoned house amongst the swampland of Twinbrook. I might end up treating this like a legacy, but who knows. If anyone's interested I could continue to keep you guys updated. c;

I should have but he already ran away and was long gone xD

I have a small lag issue, more with loading the houses. Everything is gray. No issues with the sims themselves.
I also have +800 pieces of custom content, so that could be why (I like pretty sims).

I did notice sadly though that Dragon Valley has taxis and cars. I spent $20 on it awhile ago and never properly played it. It really is disappointing that they didn't take a step further and make carriages or something. It was a little weird to have my sim riding a horse as she tried to beat a taxi to town ):

I did notice the cars and that did turn me off buying it when it first came out. Since it was on sale though, I thought it wouldn't hurt to get it, as I did like the world despite that flaw. I'm actually grateful Merlin uses a broom cause at least that way he looks more natural than the car riding Sims... natural being used in a very broad way her of course.
