If you have the keycode on the manual you get with the games you can just download Orgin and call the Sims 3 help line. They will give you a digital copy you can download through instead of using the disk. I had to do that with my last laptop, it kept eating the disk and scratching it up.
AGH. At first I thought I didn't have all of my games because I lost them.. but my mom just told me now she gave them away like 6 months ago because she thought I wasn't playing them. DX So, in conclusion, that won't help. But thanks for it anyways, I'll be sure to refer to this if my CDs do become scratched. (this also means I don't have the keycodes anymore.. unfortunately a waste of money)
