Hey Link, awesome to hear from you again! :D I`ve never read the Inheritance series, I may have to check it out.....

Can you buy one online, Nazgul? I need to buy a new one as well, ours is about to bite the dust at any moment, being toted around in a back/fanny pack for two weeks was what finally did it. :?

1. Instead of saying, "I will not do what I came to do. The Ring is mine!" Frodo just said, "The ring is mine!"
2. He put the ring on the wrong finger! It was supposed to be the middle finger.
3. Gollum didn't scream precious from inside the volcano!

Haha, I've given up nitpicking the movies because it always ends up with me yelling at the screen.

I force myself not to nit pic xD I want to keep this movie special

I know! As soon as I read the description of Murtagh, I'm like, "Viggo Mortesen." (For those of you who don't know--for shame!--he played Aragorn)

Hello! My name is Arkytior, but you can call me Susan, if you want. Bit easier to say, isn't it?I am in school from 8 (U.S. CST) to 3, daily, with various before-and-after-school commitments, so now my regularity will decrease exponentially. I'd love it if you didn't kick me out of any roleplays, but I understand if you feel you have to.

I also try not to nitpick, during RotK (Return Of The King for those who don't know) I was at a friends house for a sleepover and I kept yelling "NO NO NO!!" "Frodo, your not dead LISTEN TO ME. YOUR NOT DEAD!" And all that jazz, my friend was playing her DS (She doesn't understand LotR ) and just looked at me funny and sometimes laughed at me. When Frodo was on Mt. Doom, where he was supposed to throw it in, I was like "LOOK, IF YOU DON'T THROW THAT RING IN I'LL MAKE YOU! I'LL SHOVE YOU!" I was glad my friends Nana didn't hear me, she'd be really confused and thinking (oh boy, does she know, but it confirms her suspicions) that I am insane

My friends give me the "Oh Tawny!" look when I insist we watch LotR for the thousandth time. Will they never understand?

Inheritance is basically a 15 year old geek's fantasy where he combines all his major fandoms. It's a very subtle epic fanfiction. What's worse is that his mom published the book and made it famous for him. He stole a lot of the plot ideas from Star Wars, most of the names are clearly from Lord of the Rings and the concept of dragon riding had already been done in Dragon Riders of Pern. It's so unoriginal, it hurts. I've read the first book and a good bit of the second but I gave up in frustration.

I read the Inheritance series way before even watching LotR, and I loved it. But then I watched LotR, I was like  Christopher Paolini! You total copy-cat! It's not fair... he just copied EVERYTHING from Lord of the Rings, The Dragons of Pern (I haven't read that book, but I started it and it's about dragon riders or something) and several other things. *Grumble* And people say Eragon is better than Lord of the Rings?!

That sounds like me... Everyone gives me that "Ohhh stop going on about Lord of the Rings..." ALL the time

And this is outrageous: I'm staying at my grandparents house at the moment, and I was asking my grandma if she could make me a Legolas costume. So she started to look up pics of him to see what the costume was like, and started calling him a "she". I'm sure all of you can imagine my face when she said that, because there are no smilies on CS that could show the look I gave her in that moment. And then she was like "Ohh... he's a bloke? He looks like a girl, he has long hair!" I was half laughing half growling with anger

Haha xD That's one ugly girl! Couldn't she tell by the giveaway face? lol.

Then again the name kind of suggests girl too. Legolass. Lass being Scottish slang for girl.

I know. He should really be called Legolad. Or Legless. His name is rather funny  And then she asked: does Legolas play Lego? I was like: Yeah, he loves playing Lego, because he makes giant elephants out on it and then destroys them for fun
