Saddest Character Deaths in everything (SPOILERS AHEAD)

Jake from The Gunslinger. I loved that kid so much, and Roland just let him die. See, little Jakey was hanging off the edge of a deep cliff, and Roland had a choice. He could save the boy, or find more out about The Tower. He chose The Tower, ignoring Jake's cries for help.
If I remember correctly, the last words he said were "Go then. There are other worlds than these". Then he fell to his death.
Good thing Roland finds a way to bring him back. Cause Jakey is a cute little thing.

Hotstreak from a old TV show called Static Shock.
Sadly he was fused together with another villain called Ebon after both of them were fighting over the last container of "superhuman" gas. Afterwards they both sank down into the bottom of the ocean after being sunk down with the ship that had exploded due to Hotstreak's Fireball's.

omg, i thought i was the only person who ever heard about the Outsiders! we read it in language arts. johnny was my favorite character from the beginning. he was just so innocent, you know? when he died and was like "stay gold, ponyboy" i threw the book down really hard on my desk. everyone turnt and looked at me funny. XD i HATE it when my fav characters die!!!!!

Titanic!! Of course, I cried my heart out watching the boat go down. My friend laughed at me. It was the saddest thing I ahd ever seen.

What are they from: Warrior Cats - Erin Hunter
How they died: A cat/lion from the mountains was killed when Feathertail caused a rock to fall on him, and she went with it...

Stormfur felt his belly flip over. Everything was going wrong. Sharptooth had ignore the baited hare and pursued the cats instead. Within heartbeats he would have Crowpaw, and StarClan's mission would be ruined. How could four clans become one if the WindClan cat were killed? Stormfur cursed himself under his breath; there was nothing that he could do, because he was not the cat the Tribe's warrior ancestors had promised. His stupid, thoughtless pride had gotten it wrong.
Beside him, he heard Feathertail whisper, "Crowpaw." She gave Stormfur a long look, filled with love and sorrow, her blye eyes glowing in the moonlight. "I can heae the voices clearly now." She murmered. "This is for me to do."
Then Stormfur felt her muscles bunch. Before he realized what she was doing, she leaped-not down, but up toward the cave rooof, digging her claws into one of the narrow talons of stone with a grating noise that sent shivers down Feathertail's spine.
"No!" He yowled.
The rock split and broke away under Feathertail's weight. With a terrifying wail she plummeted down, straight at Sharptooth. The lion-cat looked up. His throaty growl changed to a scream as the spike of rock plunged into him; he fell writhing to the floor of the cave beside him.
