And as far as Ganyu/Albedo is concerned, the 5* release with Xiao in 1.3 make me
hesitant on pulling for Ganyu... I sort of have to skip Albedo as I'm not too too into
Rosaria despite desperately wanting a Bennett, and just having rolled a Zhongli in
a single pull (HE'S. AT. C3. HELP. ME.) and barely have 500 primogems right now...
They never announced the 4* with Ganyu, so will it be a rerun banner? I heard the
4* with her will be Hu Tao, but other leak sources say she will be a 5*.

I was finally able to get my diluc and qiqi to level 80. I never use Zhongli though. I'm not a fan for right now :<
Is your account more likely to be stolen if you've spent money on it? I haven't spent anything on it so I hope I won't be one of those people who gets hacked.

Hopefully Mihoyo does something about that! Heard they'll be introducing double step verification codes soon. I play on PS so my account is directly linked to my PS profile over there, so I guess I'm a *tad* bit more safe.

As for the banners... I'm not tempted yet. Dunno why. I'm really happy for the expansion, but i think it's time for me to save up primogens for something else. I'm AR 36 (didn't do the ascension because I'm too unprepared for higher world levels) and have every single 4*, it's so disappointing since I often hear people got their 5* below AR 30, 20 even. I wanted Zhongli really bad, but he wouldn't fit into my team really. Still generally a really cool character story wise.

I think I'll have a break from Genshin for a while. I'll only be doing daily commissions and bosses to upgrade my characters. My next quest is to meet Childe at the Golden House, which basically means I'll have to have that fight with him? I realized I'm so close to hitting the content wall and decided to stop there until the update so I have more lore to explore without waiting.

Has anyone been a Beta tester before? How does it look like? Do you get special gifts for taking a part in it? Tell me your experience please!

hey all! recently rolled diona off the last banner and was wondering if I should lean more noblesse oblige
or instructor's set for building her as a support.

my current team is beidou, who's my most beefed at the moment, then childe for his daggers when beidou's
ult builds/general bow things. I have barbara as my healer, and am planning on swapping between xiangling
and diona for supports depending on what element a boss is going to be.

I was leaning towards instructor's for the elemental mastery boost, but since it only goes up to 4 stars, I
wasn't super sure.

Razor and Chongyun are such good boys <3 I managed to roll Razor yesterday :> He's so good aaaahhhahhh

I started single rolling. Granted, it takes longer to get your pity roll, but like after every few single rolls I get a character. I got Qiqi and Zhongli from a single roll, and another Diluc. I'm deceased. I'm sorry I just had to say. This single rolling has been giving me good luck

you can get cleansing hearts from fighting the oceanid in liyue near the spooky forest/wuwang hill!

some other healers are diona, noelle, jean, and qiqi, though iirc xingqiu and bennet also do some amt of healing with their ults. I could be missing some tho!

edit: also just thought about this but didn't wanna double post, re: account security you guys probably also got a message in your in-game mail about it but I didn't know you could do this until reading it! you can 2-factor authenticate your account, either with e-mail or through text!

other than that, if you're concerned about getting your account hacked because of recent stuff, some general security things I'd recommend are making an email account just for gaming (not necessarily just for genshin but gaming in general) and linking it to that, and making a unique password just for genshin. that way, if people get your password for any other site/game, they don't necessarily have your password for genshin. of course this can be applied to general online security, but it works here too, it's some extra steps for people wanting to get into your account to fail.

Super funny to mention but C6 Zhongli is also a healer + anyone with a proto malice or black sword ^e^ //haha healer Klee. Oceanid is a pretty annoying boss... be sure to bring yourself a cryo character, not even electro has a good time against them. I'm a Keqing main and I struggle against this boss, meanwhile my Kaeya main friends breeze through it like it's a throwaway mob. I get around this problem using Chongyun to make KQ a cryo queen.

Also I don't think I mentioned this, but Zhongli may be getting buffs. A few things they seem to be testing for currently on the server include:
Straight stat buff, petrification on bosses, petrification duration increase

Some people also reverse engineered him a bit and discovered there is a high chance that he used to do geo hybrid damage on his 1st,4th, and 8th attacks. Those turn geo yellow like the weapons [albeit with the respective colors of their element] of most characters who can deal elemental damage with a physical weapon on their auto attack.

He's also being put back into 1.3 beta testing. I signed up pretty much for him lol, doubt I will be accepted... not to spread unsubstantiated news or anything but allegedly this all was the result of someone in management pushing Zhongli's design into oblivion, and the CEO of Mihoyo Wei had to step in and force them to resign due to this debacle.

Around what level do you start getting 5 star artifacts? I focused more on upgrading the character's weapons and talents since I'd have to change up their artifacts very soon. Is that okay?
Does anyone have Noelle in her team? Is the Bell sword a good choice for her? I feel like a muggle in the building world.

I believe I started getting occasional 5* artifacts from weekly bosses around WL3 (AR30). I think at WL4 (AR35) I was getting them every time, and now at WL5 (AR40) I always get 1+ from weekly bosses and can farm them semi-consistently from domains.
I never leveled my purples to max unless they were REALLY good. For example, I have two max-level 4* artifacts on Chongyun, and their main stats are critrate and cryo dmg%. It might take me a loooong time to roll any 5*s with the same/better main stats, and it's not worth switching them out with subpar 5*s just because they're 5*.
Some people's opinions on this will differ, but if it has a good main stat you should level it to at least 4 to see what bonus stat it gets - and if that's good, go all the way to 8. That's usually where I stop.
You won't be getting a whole lot of decent 5* artifact for a long while, so upgrade your lower tier ones as you see fit! I'm AR42 and my main DPS only has three 5* artifacts on right now.

The Bell isn't ideal, as her heals and shield scale off DEF and not HP. Unfortunately there isn't a character that makes great use of it currently. Her best weapon for a heal-focused build is Whiteblind, which is craftable. If you want an attack Noelle, Prototype Animus is also a good choice.
