thank you SO much for this, this has been something i’ve wanted a long time! as in, since i joined the site, so for five years? there are a lot of times where i’ve went to check the rules on certain subjects and haven’t been able to find the rules thread, or accidentally broken a rule because i had literally never seen the rule before, and i’m definitely not the only one. i’m glad to see these changes being made!!

oh thank god for those new rp rules omg

i don't use the rp boards anymore but too often in the past i've been on the receiving end or have seen people receive needlessly aggressive reminders and board warnings for linking/posting multiple images or, god forbid, putting manga flower overlays on text image headers/linking to a faceclaim's wiki page.

i'm really happy to see these changes made ^^ i agree with the spirit the original rules attempted to put out, but in the end it was overall very nitpicky on how people might want to roleplay, or host their roleplay, and i felt it caused too much strife between the mods and the roleplaying community, inconsistency in enforcing the rules, and overall caused more problems than anything else, at least when i was active. thank you, cs staff!
