FTW? Who has time to sit here for an hour and twenty minutes brewing a potion? Certaintly not me. What am I supposed to tell my mom when she needs to get on the computer? "Sorry, mom. I'm brewing a cure for boils. I can't let Snape take any more points from Hufflepuff." Yeah, like that's going to work.

That's really a brilliant excuse, Tigress. I should use that sometime.

Anyways, I'm a bit in to Pottermore now, so here's the stats: My wand is twelve-and-a-half inches, made of redwood, has a core of dragon heartstring, and it's flexibility is hard. I chose a Screech Owl as my pet... And *squee* I got in Slytherin!

Well, you don't get very far if you haven't read many of the books, I can tell you that much. You get a closer look at characters, places, spell, and events in the HP books and movies. You also become a student at Hogwarts. You get to pick a owl, cat, or toad, and take extremely accurate quizzez to see what your wand will be like and what house you will be in. You and your housemates earn points for you house to earn the house cup... there's probably more to it, but I haven't been playing for long. And yes, it's quite interesting so far.

Whoo~ Well I guess I'll be ready by the time it opens up then! I've seen all the movies more than once and finally started reading the books (don't know what the heck took me so long to do that o_0) And should be complete before then! It sounds interesting to say the least, and worth being part of!

How long and how many questions do the quizzes for houses and wands have/are?

In the wand and house quizzes, there are seven multiple choice questions. It might not sound accurate, but believe me, those quizzes read my mind.

Absolutely, the quizzes are wonderful, they don't ask obvious questions at all.
