i just finished american psycho! it was a tough read at times because of how graphic it was, but it felt rewarding to finish. probably one of my favorites ive read this year! i personally thought the movie did a good job adapting it, it was really fun for me to compare the two forms of media and the changes they made within the film! i read a bunch of interviews with christian bale after my read and i found them quite interesting.

i just started giovanni's room! im not far enough in yet to make any observations really.

Howl's moving castle
I watched the movie years ago but honestly don't remember much about it, it was so long ago ;.; One of the hosts of a podcast I listen to said it was their favourite book though, so I had to go pick it up. Really looking forward to watching the movie after I finish it to compare

I just finished the wings of fire series and hope there will be more. I'm too busy to pick up another book right now but am trying to determine if I reread a favorite or look for a new author when I'm not as busy. I'm contemplating rereading Tailchaser's Song.
