Omg. Ive noticed some screens of a latest japanese episode of Pokemon anime, noticed that pokemon Sawk is rather cute, decided to watch what episodes available with Sawk in them... and Im in love with that pokemon now. Sawk is soooo cool! He's even cooler than lucario!.. His voice, his movements, he's like a perfect fighting pokemon!.. I couldnt help it but had to go and catch myself a Sawk in my White. <3

Anyone else had something like this happened with them? x3 Suddenly liking certain pokemon after something?

Has anyone here ever done a Nuzlocke challenge? I plan on doing it on my used platinum game I just got. I don't know if I'll be able too complete it though.......I get attached too my pokemon without the challenge and it may be too much for me. X3

i could never do that! i love my pkmn no matter what and would never release them! i realize you don't have to, but i create a team that has no weaknesses. and if a pkmn has a weakness, then i have a substitute to back it up!

I've yet to do one, but I've heard of different rules and such. Like you can limit the amount of times you can use a pokemon center, and you can also permanently box pokemon rather than release them.

X3 I know I'm the same, that is why I doubt I'll finish it. I was kind of inspired too do it because I've been reading comics people made from their nuzlocke challenges.

The permanently boxing thing I think is true but the number of times you can use a poke' center is false because that is optional.

The 3 main rules are
1) you can only catch the first pokemon you see in each area. If it faints/runs away/ect. then too bad you don't get a second chance in the same area. Area's include routes and towns. (You can't catch legends)

2) Once a pokemon faints its considered dead. You can't use it anymore.

3) Unofficial rule: You must nickname your pokemon. You don't have too but it's too make you feel closer too your pokemon.

You can add rules too make it tougher but those are the 3 main rules that MUST be followed.

Hm, I gave a poorly worded post. What I was really trying to say was that you CAN add different rules like that. The "can" was what I was emphasizing, I never actually said that was part of the main rules. Looking back on my post, I see how the first part made it seem very ambiguous. I was just trying to show different optional rules that I've heard of other people using.
